This store is the best. I always receive amazing customer service. I have purchased now 2 couches and both are great quality. Daniel always is very helpful and treats us like family which is why we keep going back. He helps us find what we are looking for and gives us good deals. I will never walk foot inside this furniture store again. i asked specifically for a genuine leather couch and explained to them I had been sold a fake leather couch before. The person helping me swore he was selling me a genuine leather couch to find out later he lied to me when it started peeling. The sales person told me if anything happens to it no matter when as long as i had my paper work the store would take care of me and that was also a lie when i returned with pictures of the couch peeling. Beware of all of their so called real but fake leather couches because they seem to have old rotten merchandise.

Very poor Customer, I felt unwelcome. Daniel who stated he was the manager of the store. Meet me with a very poor attitude. I was very excited to check out the furniture in the store as I am looking to make sow changes. I will not come back to this store.

I am currently in dispute with my credit card company regarding a defective recliner purchased at this establishment. I was just advised of their response, which is full of false statements and seems pure fabrication. The recliner was replaced after about 7 months due to a seam that was coming apart on the underside of the foot rest. Just a few weeks after receiving a replacement unit, it began showing signs of the material separating on the seat portion of the recliner. Two separate problems, yet they stated to my credit card company that I reported the same exact problem twice and would not replace due to customer wear and tear. I'm not sure how much wear and tear they think a few weeks could cause, but a couch should certainly last longer than a few weeks. I am not including photos here because they made a false statement that they had reviewed photos from the first incident, which they actually never requested and I don't want them to be able to get them from here.
I will include the photos from the second unit that shows the material separating on the lower seat portion. The remote is included to show the size of the defect. I definitely would not purchase here again. And, if you do, be sure to use a credit card, not cash or check. You want to have some way of protecting yourself.

My family came here to buy beds and were amazed by the amount of different options there were! We had visited other furniture stores in the city, but none had such a large range of good beds as this one did! They provided us with excellent customer service and answered any questions we had. We decided to buy two beds and overall, we are quite happy with our purchase.
