Too slow and uncanny. Arrived early bc the broker assured the load was ready, no parking available at the facility, the scale entrance is blocked so you have to swing around in the yard which is rather tight. While you're waiting to be signed in, you gotta park in the no parking street at your own risk. One hr past the appt time, still waiting.

I have a 1700 appt its 2335 and I have a door If I have an appt it shouldn’t take over 6 hours just to get a door. The security was nice doing the best he could do. They have a restroom for us truckers to use inside. The one star they got is for the restroom and the guard being nice. Sad

If you arrive before your appointment time, you're going to have to park on the street and wait. Parking in this area is limited. So it's best to try and just arrive on time. Just a word of warning. You're gonna need 2 straps or 2 load bars for your pick up.

My appt was set for 1400. I arrived at 1408. There's a small guard shack / shipping and receiving desk in between door 16 and door 17. The guy who works in the shack wares multiple hats. You check in for shipping and receiving with him. He is also the scale master. He is the hardest working person at this facility. And the only individual that gets five stars.

After you've checked in, you're going to have to Weigh in at the scale in front of the guard shack. You're also going to have to scale out.

After weigh in, I was assigned a door. Loading began at 1530. Multiple trucks are being worked at the same time, so don't expect personalized service.  It seems as though they're loading my trailer at a rate of one palette every 10 minutes or so.

Loading, completed at 17:35. Reweigh, adjust axles,  paperwork, and seal the doors. And I'm on the road by 1755.

Check in 1255. Check out 1955. Whole day wasted at this shipper. Security was polite and accommodating. Street parking available. Restroom inside the building by door 1.

Pretty good experience here. Check in at guard shack between doors 16 and 17. Appointment was for 22:00, tried to check in at 21:45, but was told to come back at 22:10 due to shift change. That’s why it’s -1 star. Other than that, flawless delivery. Took me in at 22:10, put in a door right away, out by 23:30. Security guard, dock worker, everyone was very friendly, had great conversations. No on-site parking, but plenty of room in the street. Just try not to park in front of their driveways, their dedicated trucks need room to get in and out.

The lady that checked me in was very helpful. They have limited street parking. They receive for Anheuser Busch don't be fooled when you don't see the Busch name, when I came off the freeway my GPS was telling me to turn right eventhough I had to turn left, it was so late (2am) it didn't matter. The little guard shack is in the middle of the lot near doors 16 & 17 (?) try not to park close to the scale because of the yellow posts in your way.
