Don't come here! Avoid at all costs. They don't know how to load you and don't keep their word. Told me when I returned the loads that HEB rejected that they would share photos with me since they didn't allow me on the dock. Liars. I was nothing but accomidating to them since they messed up the loading of the load. Found out when I returned that they have had problems with this same product before but didn't fix problems. Also found out that they put a guy who never loaded a trailer to load a problematic product. Waste of time and money.

Very Unprofessional business. The Vice President Victor is a hot head and likes to cuss people out over the phone or in person, it doesn't matter to him. They do not handle stressful situations well and do not treat others with respect as they were treated with. I would not have them handling any of my business. They not only give the shipping companies that are trying to get loads shipped out of their facility, they give the drivers issues as well as the actual customers that are using their services.

Update.
You can talk to your staff all you would like, Victor the facility manager knows how he acted, flying off the handle at the broker I was taking a load for as well as he flew off the handle at me the driver while we were trying to pickup. Victor is a hot head and should not be running that facility. He verbally attacked myself as well as American Lady the broker into the load for while I was on the phone with the broker. The broker I am sure has a recorded message of Victor attacking the owner and cussing the owner out. Check your emails I am sure you will find something on it as it was several months ago and caused quite a discuss. Enough the customer talked about finding a new warehouse from what i have heard.

Have tried their service a couple of times now and each time was a horrible mistake. Shipped wrong product to wrong customer of ours, forgot to add items to shipment, parking is horrible, warehouse is dirty, product covered in dust. If it could go wrong, trust me, it will happen in Friendly Public Warehouse without fail. The office manager Victor West talks a great game but when you put him on the field, he shows he has no ability to execute.

Update: As the rest of you can see the on how long it takes for this company to respond to the review I left for them over 3 months ago, this is what you can expect to receive with their service. The manager speaks a great game and will tell you things that sounds like what you are looking for but in the end, any issues that happen with your products will always be your fault and never his or his teams. Beware of losing months of times and money with Friendly Public Warehouse.

First time here, I parked out on Street couldn't find the entrance to building, walked to open gate and couldn't find anyone, walked back to semi and called. She told me I would get a ticket if I stayed out on Street, but there was no place to park along side of building. She was friendly and very helpful, I have been driving for 23 years now and I know how drivers can ruin someone's day!

Parking for Semi's are on 80th St to give drivers a heads up not a lot of parking.

Make a long story short, I know to late. Office people and main dock guy helped get me loaded, sealed, and on my way in a few hours.

Thank you for making may first time here a pleasant one.

One helpful tip, put a sign out by blue gate stating where office is so drivers like myself can find the main office, thanks again!

Quick loading & Nice People ! Easy to find ! Park on 80th to check-in ! Tight-Dock ! Don't Park anywhere other than 80th Street the police watching like hawks !

Their management is very poor their hospitalty sucks
They work their employees very hard they do not furnish water for them to drink. Worker are not certify in operating forklifts. Warehouse leaks in verious area in warehouse very poor condition.
Company is not accurate in their billing inventory is always off. Manger has a bad attitude need anger management. Their I'm done....:)

People are friendly, but warehouse location is bad for Semi-drivers, no enough space to park up. Parking in to the dark hole with no space on the front! Looks like it was meant for Box Trucks only.
