Great experience with Friendly city. Modern, organized, professional, great communication, fair prices. Facility was new clean and secure out toward airbase. Courtney at main office was great, helpful, responsive and nice to deal with. This is the place.

I tried to pay my Storage Fee on Friday, Oct. 13th, and realized that my card had expired. I just spoke with Mr. Griffin regarding my payment for the month of October. I explained what happened, and he was so nice and advised me that He would not charge me the late fee of $15 and that I could just call when I get my new card and he would accept the regular monthly payment. PRAISE GOD FOR PEOPLE WHO CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I have been a customer for a long time and I take comfort in knowing that my belongings are in a safe place. THANK YOU FRIENDLY CITY MINI STORAGE FAMILY!!!
