Typical LA situation.
Parking at your own risk. Both the sides on the street have no parking boards. Still, cars are parked on both sides. That leaves you with NO SPACE to back in. You have to turn from a busy street to back in the docks. I had to wait 2 hrs. for the truck in the front building to get unloaded so that I can back into the door. Loading was fast, though, for 4 pallets. Checkin office is slow.

This place is extra slow (Jenesis), checked in and was told they would call me ,keep in mind I was only picking up 1 pallet smh. 5 hours later no call so I googled the number, I called and got hector from (Fresh) very nice and very helpful . After talking with hector I received a call right away from Jenesis saying my product was ready. The only reason for 5 stars was because of hector . FYI Jenesis and Fresh are the same building but I think separate companies

Not good at all I wait for 5 pallets from 8 in the morning to 11 pm until midnight no parking anywhere we have to park on street on our risk they don’t care of our time.
