Be aware Carriers, broker will charge you back for being late even if they tell you to "go ahead its ok". Our truck was late 5min on pickup, which broker was informed of well prior to pickup time. App was at 12pm and we got there 12:05 pm and got refused. Not to ruin relationship with broker we decided to stay till next morning to pick up the freight. We got charged back for delivering late. After picking up next morning it was impossible to deliver on time. All the time we were in touch with Sheila at Freight Zone Logistics and she knew about everything. When we called her back she apologized and said that her hands are tied.
