I have been dealing with Freight Right for many years. Their expertise in overseas freight leaves me worry free that my freight will be delivered on time (usually earlier) and within budget. I've partnered with them many times and have integrated them into my supply chain, handling the freight from China and Korea. During the pandemic they were an essential part of my company's success having products delivered without much delay. They provided alternatives when ports were closed and did everything possible to get my products to their destination. They go above and beyond in communicating and double checking every aspect of the shipment, from pickup to delivery. I'm grateful to have such an efficient vendor. I got lucky to find this team through google search and working with this company. It was my first experience with this team and they did a great job with very reasonable price. I’m importer of goods from overseas to th US and I will definitely keep my relationship going with this company, bcz they were very professional, responsible , and caring about my business. poor experience. booked a guaranteed capacity shipment via Freightos and shipment was delayed due to consistent requests. boxes needed to be palletized despite us booking loose cargo, after palletization- freight forwarder asked us to turn the pallets over to check if they are heat treated. we had to fill out our own SLI form (we've never been asked to do this)- despite paying for customs brokerage. at the end, cancelling is the best option due to creeping costs and multiple requests
