I needed a unit last minute and called this past weekend. I was instructed I could fill out the app within minutes online and have a unit ready same day. I completed everything within less than 10 min online and was very pleased with how quick and easy it was. When I arrived the unit was very clean and easy instructions were provided. You don't have to purchase your own lock either as it's provided with the rental. I've only been with them for less than a week now but management has been pleasant to work with thus far.

Had a great experience with FreeUp Storage. Kristy is the best; she was a wealth of knowledge when I called with tons of questions. I stored my college students' belongings there over the summer & it was a game-changer. The process was so much easier. Glad that this business supports the local college, so I shared the discount code in our parent chat. I'll definitely be back but will try to time it a little better with move-out & move-in day, so I won't have to pay for an entire month. Dean was great too; I was able to easily close out my account over the phone.

Kristy & Dean went above & beyond today, they were able to help me when I needed it the most & by far the sweetest people I spoken with in weeks.
Dean, showed me how to work the lock & made sure I knew exactly where my unit was.
Kristy, I walked in with cash & didn’t have away to add it on my card, she quickly found a solution & was able to get me in the system with the best discounts! Definitely 10 outta 10!

I have had a positive experience here. Although One doesn't have a lot of interaction with a storage facility. I have nothing but great service the few times I have contacted Kristy.
