Free Up Storage has always been very clean very professional. The prices are excellent. That’s the cheapest thing I could find anywhere around between Gainesville Cummming and Dawson. I’m in in Lumpkin. They work with you. They tried their best to work with you. You know if you need help or whatever the lady at the front desk is a very very very good lady. She is very caring. She’s very helpful. She’s trash. She knows. She knows she can tell that she cares about people that she knows that sometimes things happen in life that sucks she she’s very professional. I give her five stars. I really like her. She’s helping me in many many ways And I just love Free Up Storage so I give them five stars and I’m appreciative and I’m thankful for them if I’ve had been for them at everything I had

Cheryl is more than just a very professional administrator of this well kept and secure facility. When I stopped here over a year ago to check suitability and value she pleasantly gave me her full attention, patiently answering my questions while showing me available units. Very accommodating filing out the paperwork, she noticed my military id when I presented drivers license. I didn't have to ask for the discount. Every interaction with her since has been the same. Today I received a message informing that my auto pay failed, circumstances required putting a limit on my card. Feeling a little shame, unblocking my card and making that phone call, Cheryl quickly put me at ease with her warm grace. Now for the above and beyond. I have a legitimate concern for security of my unit and expressed my desire to change my lock code, but am unable to myself. She offered to change the code for me. I felt relieved, giving her the code. Or so I thought, within twenty she called and informed the code did open the lock. In my moment of uhhhh, Cheryl engaged in light conversation which quickly calmed me. Gave me reprise enough to remember another lock code. She went again, not only changing my lock code, she opened the unit and took a picture and sent it to me in email. I will sleep well tonight feeling my belongings are secure and how good she made me feel during our conversation.

Can’t thank Cheryl at FreeUp Dahlonega enough! From our very first contact over the phone, she was so helpful and great to deal with making our move-in and move-out seamless. The facility is clean and well monitored; would definitely use their RV storage again!
