Hauled 600mi for these guys and they only paid me $150. Even had to drive on icy roads and the Publix stores closed down so I couldn’t finish my stops. Since I had prior load arrangements for the next day I couldn't do a layover so they only gave me $150. Stay away!!! They are horrible trust me

My experience as a carrier didnt start well, but later I got to know great people like Zac Taylor, Drew Highfield, Ross Tipton, Nicholas Higgins, Justin DeShon and Maurice Hector.
I appreciate these people for all the hard work they do; willing to help when we need it and when they can; genuinely understanding human/unforeseen errors from our side.
Also big props to Elijah(Joe Rogan), John Neo, Roshelle Sarmiento, Hank Rob, Merrick Webb, Edesa Francisco, Apple Maun for 24/7 support on any shipment.

Pushy, unethical and deceptive business practices
Avoid working with this broker at all costs, especially AJ, KJ, David or Zack. we ran a couple loads with them, most are team loads they try to push as SOLO. Then they call driver numerous times despite tracking is on and try to micromanage the driver. Last load we have a truck breakdown and we agreed to re power the trailer and reduce agreed rate over 60%, without our knowledge and approval they pay $1300 to a towing company and short pay the already negotiated rate. Invoice gets paid at 80 days plus when we try to find out why they give the run around 3 weeks, we emphasized about claiming their bond and they finally will pay, then Freightguard you. This type of brokers harm drivers and carriers and should not be in business!

Bad company first they lie the pick up address was 200 miles when they told me 80 miles also drop Destination was another lie, make me pay lumper plus washout.
Also I have to brake my elog and they don't answer the phone to talk to me.

We have been working with Freedom Trans Dedicated for more than a 3 years, all representatives are professional, polite and friendly. We have booked several dedicated lanes from Drew and Jacob. If there is a problem with shipper, trailer or load, Drew always advises what is the best way to solve that. I highly recommend to work with them, they are always helpful and never cheat on carriers.

So here is the situation:

Driver drove 456miles for the PU, waited for 8 hours onsite, shipper confirmed that the load has been cancelled, brokers are stating that they were working on the issue, but technically the load was cancelled per shipper, when broker team finally reached out their customer, driver was pissed off about that situation and bobtailed out the shipper and requested TONU and layover... BUT the broker team is not SURE if we ll get it or NOT

One of your drivers almost just ran straight into me while I was parked in my semi alongside Panda Express after making a Uturn on Gwinnett place mall drive & pleasant hill road. I had to lay on my highway horn for him to stop and he said “well I thought u we’re going to move when you saw me coming. (Where he turned into is NOT for semi trucks w/trailers and it is an exit, I was parked facing the stop sign and he came in that way..running over the curb, almost took out a sign and almost hitting a tree w/his trailer.

I told him to be careful and watch what he was doing. THEN HE DROVE THRU AND CAME BACK & PARKED BEHIND ME. he could’ve simply went to the light on pleasant hill road, turned right, and then turned right again and come in the correct way. Hr did all of that just to walk across the street eating a bag of chips across the street to chipotle.

Make it make sense…
