First time here. Says on guard shack cannot arrive more than an hour before appointment. Closest truck stops are 12 miles away, in Troutdale, OR. There is a Loves and a TA, they are next to Portland so the fill up fast. Friendly professional staff. There is plenty of room to back up to your door, and doors are spaced apart good. I was a frozen load, they gave me a range of doors, pick one, and walked paperwork down to receiving by dock door 36. They started unloading right away. I'm not sure about the lumper fee. Mine was prepaid. About 2 hours walked down and got paperwork from receiving/lumpers. It's not a bad place to come. Thanks, Fred Myer / Kroger.

FRED MEYER/KROGER SAME ENTRANCE, SAME COMPANY. do not go around like the google map say…
Security Guards were very professional helpful office lady, is a different story. I’m not gonna say anything else about her. No overnight parking but you can park across the street on 114 st a little bit west from the pub. hope this help anyone

Haven't been here in fifteen years and it's actually gotten worse. Was getting yelled at by the old lady with a grey hair for being one minute early. The lieutenant took pity on me and let me come in. It gave me three doors to choose from everyone of them had a dropped trailer. Took me another fifteen minutes just to find a place to park. Receiving guy was really cool As well as the lady running the lumper Service. She said it be a couple hours minimum. All this for 2 pallets that where put on me as another driver refused to come here. I understand why now. This is the place where you send drivers that don't know any better or you want to get a driver to quit.

Appt time 0100.
Arrived 1230, got range of doors and backed in immediately.
Started unloading just after 0100.
Done unloading by 0200.
It's now 0430 and I am still waiting for a green light to collect paperwork.
At 0445I went inside to double check and they had my paperwork ready, not sure how long I've been sitting here for nothing.

Don't arrive more than 30 min before your appointment. However, when it is busy, traffic can be backed up well into the street. No on-site parking. There is plenty of space to maneuver. They'll usually give you a block of doors to choose from, if they are full you can park along the fence and wait for a door but be mindful of the people who may have been waiting before you. If you have to wait for a door, you should go ahead and check in to avoid being counted as late.

Your service system leaves much to be desired. Cars are serviced without any queue, and whoever gets in first gets the door. No one controls the order, and door numbers are not assigned. I do not recommend drivers to come here or use this place for deliveries. I have never encountered such poor service anywhere else. There is no order here, and it seems like there's no management oversight at all.

Had a apt at 5am check in hour early only. I got a door very right away. Must have vest and closed toe shoes at check in. The lovely lady in office got me checked in quickly and was great. Also for new drivers there alot of room to back and your given option of doors at least I was 70-76. We were all new drivers once.😉😊 Be kind it comes back!!

Was really not a big deal. Based on the reviews I thought I was going to be running into a lot of crap my appointment was at 9:00 a.m. I got there at 8:25 they gave me a door right away I was out of there in just a little over 2 hours nothing really to report just business as usual. They give you a range of doors. Remember your door when you go in. They do not call you you need to wait for the green light wait just a few minutes and then go in. They take your phone number but they're not going to call you.
