Throughout a half dozen permanent bases and numerous short term visits to bases, this was by far the most efficient and swift CIF experience I've had. They always greeted me cheerfully. They would get 5 stars, but the computer systems were down twice, requiring three trips to actually pick up my issue items. However, they pulled my file and had everything waiting for me when I returned on the third trip, making it less than 20 minutes for a full issue, check out, and inspection. Overall a good experience and with less nagging and haggling than I'm used to with CIF facilities.
