We had a $104,000 2025 primetime sanibel 3952 FBWB delivered from Giant RV in Menifee CA to Champagne Lakes RV Resort in Escondido CA on January 25th 2025 the driver Alex Fuentes didn’t follow instructions on when to show up and forced us to rush through our process, then the driver crashed the corner of our RV into a fence and then dropped it in the middle of the road without delivering it into our RV spot, we had to pay an additional $75 to someone else to park our RV, the driver said his terminal manager Joey R. would call us on Monday January 27, 2025 to get reimbursed for the additional $75 we had to spend and to schedule a mobile mechanic to fix our RV. We have had no luck getting into contact with them, their voicemail box is full, no one has reached out and they refuse to answer our calls. This service has been a complete nightmare and the company has made no effort to correct this issue.

I believe this is the best place to work I enjoy the vacation time the whole time you're working but need more options for backhauls for single pull drivers can't wait for this fall season looking to make some more money and enjoy more sites maybe see some more beaches
