This place is a joke. The cashier turn his back at me and give me receipt over his sholder while talking to another cashier face to face. A store full of loosers!!!

At this Food Lion you'll find: wilted produce, aisles cluttered with boxes, disinterested employees and a homeless person or two out front. Wouldn't recommend!

We live in Garden City and frequently visit this Food Lion because it’s the only grocery store close by. Today, 8/30/23, we bought a multi-pack of wet canned cat food from this store. We got home to find maggots all inside the box of cans, dead and alive. Our cashier smelled extremely foul as well. We saw a pack of rosemary in the produce section that had mold all over it. I wouldn’t recommend buying packs of canned cat food from this location, and check your produce before buying.

Went in after I got kids from school. Usually i don't go here because it's always empty. Today was the worst the leg quarters on front page empty bananas empty the mandarins on front of building empty. Seriously mine as well be closed could barely get in because they had boxes everywhere. Cashier could jot speak to me just stood their stareing at me as I asked for a raincheck so I paid for the scraps I could find and left.

Love this store, it's conveniently on my way home.
Good deals on meat when trying to stock the freezer.
Still great, cashiers have gotten faster and very friendly. They have hired some new people and they're friendly also. Great fresh strawberries and hit the jackpot of mark downs today.
