Actually enjoyed my first visit here on 4/17/24 to p/u load. Arrived @ 10:51am and had to wait until 12:17pm for live loading to start. That only took less than 20 mins and 12:58 I was checking out.
You could tell these folks were very busy, almost too busy to enforce their own rules. Supposed to slide trailer tandems to the rear, supposed to lower landing gear once backed into assigned Dock and disconnect red airline before loading or unloading starts. From what I saw not many of the trucks were compliant doing all three requirements. Wouldn’t hurt to leave a few load securement straps in your trailer too(I left 4ea and they used all of them-see pics).
Backing is tight with shallow area in front of 1 thru 5 docks. I was assigned Dock# 5(all way to left looking at bldg from street-see pic). Overnighting could only be done on side of street and that is also where you need to park when arriving. Park and then come inside to check in.
Many of reviews had accurate info. Plan ahead on a bathroom, not sure as I didn’t need to use. A soda(Coke products) and regular vending machines in driver check-in room. They take cash,coins or credit. Need drivers license number , truck license plate number and pickup number to check-in or out(also Trk#+ color,TLR#).Place also could go by: CHR Consolidation Center

They load/unload pretty quick. But man the parking sucks. Backing into a dock is really tight especially if u got everything standing and in your way. Be careful.

Quick and friendly was loaded in 15 minutes. Not too bad of backing in space. Check-in door between dock 3-4. Park on side of road.

Place is beyond slow and infuriating to have to wait at. The backing is very very tight and you’ll come close to hitting everything just making it in. Do not come here if at all possible, for sure won’t be accepting another load here.

Park on the street and walk in with papers, will call when ready for the dock. Overnight parking on the street available.
Open window delivery, takes couple hours to unload
