Total scam just like most of these Shipping companies they give you a quote then after you ship the nail your credit card for huge fees and try to tell you the package was too heavy or larger than what you actually shipped. It's a typical scam for all these trucking brokers, stay far away from these guys. The sales rep is nice and friendly and then when you address the extra charges, he will ghost you and not even respond

First time ever hearing of this undependable company. My package was estimated to be delivered on Monday, was said to be out for delievery on Tuesday, and here it is Wednesday morning and i'm still waiting for it. Two business days that my company has lost because of this, and still don't know when my package will come. It's a d'm shame to live in the dark. If I could've helped it, I would've asked the shipper to choose otherwise, because this isn't cool or a great first impression at all.

Our company has more than 15yrs in the trucking industry. We're a reliable carrier. Insurance always up to date, no freight guards, ELD traceable, etc. Our company has no issues. Flock decided to block us because " There are over 800,000 carriers active in North America at any given time" Flock Freight reserves the right to work with carriers they choose" and they don't disclose the reason why they blocked our company and just decided We're not good to work with. Not caring for hard working people I. The trucking industry. A trucking company is made of different factors. Mr. Oren please give an answer as to why our company is not good to work with. Your compliance team is sending the same email to other carriers. I guess we're not the only ones. Be professional and genuine when you don't want to do business. Stop sending the same email to everyone. Making us feel that we're not good enough and that you have other options. When we did nothing for you to cut ties with us. Thanks

Flock is an excellent Brokerage to haul for. Issues exist as with any other brokerage but my Rep - Kevin Kramer is the best... He works as hard as he can to make loads work for my carriers - He does go over and beyond with me and my carriers. I cannot say enough good things about him. The back up or support brokers - Conner Hartenberger has always stepped in to help when Kevin has not been available. He's the best as well. Overall Flock Freight is more than fair with their rates... Pay better than other brokers. I would recommend them 100% to any carrier that is willing to work with Partials ..... Kevin Kramer and Conner Hartenberger are both The best brokers to work with.

So one day I come to the office just to find out our company is not good enough to do business with Flock. Just because they have over 800,000 other carriers to work with 🙄 so does this mean because we have good insurance and were reliable carrier. No problems with rep that was giving us loads. And one day Flock decided we're not good enough to work with. Without giving a single explanation. At least give us the explanation why we're not good for your company anymore. Very unprofessional honestly. This is how you're changing Trucking industry for best?

I hauled for them dozen loads when they were just a start up. Now they hired new compliance team they blocked me without any reason. I put offer and got accepted and wanted to book load for $1500 they didn't want to without any explanation but reposted fot $2k. Where is SoftBank ? They using money I stead making profits. I see other people posted same here. Hope they hire right people , not stupid highway third party compliance team

Would give the business less than 1 star if it was possible. When you have their freight they are constantly calling you, harassing you to a point. After the freight is delivered and if there is an issue with settlement, there is absolutely no response from Flock Freight. This company is absolutely horrible. Would not ever recommend anyone to do business with them. Horrible customer service, horrible communication skills, very unprofessional. Please BEWARE OF FLOCK FREIGHT!
