I guess i came on a bad day. 7am check in, given door immediately. 4 hours later still waiting to unload and was told the 1 truck next to me was being loaded 1st. Finally started unloading at 1300, got a star for 45 min unload time and one for overnight parking. A little heads up would have been nice! Check-in next to door 14. Easy maneuver and dock.

Female with braids in the shipping department has some serious attitude issues. Tried checking in on time and was ignored. So glad there are years in between the time that I ever go to this place. People like her will and always kill any respectable establishment. Ps she works at building #2 shipping.

We have been here since 12:30pm for a 1pm appointment, it is now almost 4pm! As these workers sit outside doing nothing 🙄. One other truck next to us neither of us even have a door yet and no idea when or how long it will be until we get a door! If you can avoid this place I would at all costs!

Office staff is friendly, unloading was quick. My only gripe would be that it's a little confusing if you don't know which building you are delivering to. I happened to make a lucky guess, but they could use some better signage to direct people in the right direction.

WORST PLACE EVER TO LOAD!!!

My truck was in a dock for 4h, they told him we are closing we cant load you your trailer has ODOR, we had few clean palletized food grade loads that ware all good,

we lost the day went to BlueB to do Washout, we came back next morning, after 2h wait they said its ODOR again, with washout receipt. we waited for the manager to come by, he said the odor is not a problem thats how Reefer smells, but they found a dot on the 2022 trailer, next to the drain hole, and we got rejected again

Can’t say anything negative about this location. ALL staff is friendly and works with you. Overnight parking. Maneuverability is easy (lots of room) FAST!! They are quick!!
