Richard was very helpful and his customer service was great. He called me the day prior to my reservation to confirm my rental. Once I came in to complete reservation he was courteous, the process was brief, and showed me to my unit. Will recommend to others that need storage in the future.

Update: they’re extra nice to get you in the units and then it STOPS! Two weeks after renting my unit I went to place some things in storage and there was a red lock that said see manager. I called the following morning to see why the lock was placed and Richard said he didn’t know he would have to ask his boss on Monday but the lock was removed. Ok, so I reserved the unit for a certain price and when I went to pay for it, the price was higher. I showed proof of my confirmation email and the price that I reserved it for. Richard said that he couldn’t fix the price in the computer but on Monday he would talk with his boss and get me a refund on the price difference that I was quoted. Needless to say that hasn’t happened. When I asked he said again I will have to talk with his boss Monday. So I will be calling to talk with his boss myself Monday to see why my payments have not been adjusted and why a lock was placed on my unit two weeks after renting it.

Mr. Richard was AMAZING! He was quite patient with me and mom while guiding us through the process. I loved how personable he is and knowledgeable. This process was seamless and took less than 15 minutes including the phone call with my mom. I recommend anyone coming to check out this beautiful building and Mr. Richard!!!

Richard was wonderful in assisting us moving out of the storage unit. I rented here for many years and everything was climate controlled and dry. Would not hesitate to recommend the facility to anyone.

I enjoy the storage unit having climate control and a reasonable price range with a decent insurance coverage for each unit. As long as you have a decent lock I wouldn’t have to worry about my storage being damaged or vandalized. They do have security cameras but not sure if they are viewed all the time unless something happens. But I would recommend Southeast Storage in Clay to anyone who needs one.

The property is well maintained. And I appreciate that. I have only called the facility on one occasion when I had trouble with the on line billing site. And the gentleman I spoke with was very polite and helpful.

The entire place is clean and well maintained.
Could use more carts.
