Ms Nikki customer was pass excellent. Her patients with me was so appreciated. As a 69 year old senior who just started shopping on line and several returns and didn't know how to get the QR codes,she was extremely helpful. We don't experience such service often. Had to gives her Kudo"s.

My FIRST time coming here and my LAST time returning. I came to this establishment one time and I came for something simple. All I was simply trying to do was return two Amazon packages, one with a label and the other with an QR code. Okay, so I work overnights, I get off at 7am. It's 10:36am while I'm standing in line and I'm tired. Instead of her handling me first, because, I was there first. She let senior citizens get in front of me and told me that she was going to take care of the Senior citizens first. I thought that was very rude and also unprofessional. So the first package with the label was returned, however, the other one with the QR code they did not accept. So I was gone have her to just print a label for .25, but she end up canceling my return, because, she was so enthusiastic about making .25. If I knew what she was doing, I would've just went to a real UPS store and kept my QR code for my return.
After, she canceled one of my return, the amazon system was now telling me that I could no longer return my package, because, the last day to return the package was on 2/1/2025, the same day of and the last day of the return window. So after she canceled it, I had to call Amazon to get them to speak to a specialist to try to override the cancelation that she did with my package. This took over 30 minutes and it was a big inconvenience to me. So now I gotta go back home, to a office or library and print out a new label that I had a QR Code for, before she canceled my return. This whole experience was very frustrating. My last time supporting this business ever!!!

The best print and post shop in GA! Very professional! Reasonable prices and quality! The entire staff understood our vision they communicate in a great time frame. We let them free style all of our designs for the flyers and I must say they are amazing. They are our go to from here on out. You won’t be disappointed. We highly recommend. I went here on November 20,2024. To send some documents priority mail. I also had a business envelope that I needed to send by standard mail, along with getting copy of my driver's license printed out to go inside the business envelope. The agent that helped me with making sure my priority mail was sent first was fine. On the other hand the documents that was placed in the business envelope with the copy of my license to send by standard mail was never received from the company that was expecting them. Now I understand that the mail had already been picked up for this day. I ask the agent if I could leave it with her and would she put it in the mail for the next day. Because it was a prepaid business envelope that did not require a stamp nor did I need to pay to have it sent to the company that was expecting to receive it. The agent told me that it will be fine I will make sure that it goes with the other mail the next day when the mail carrier comes to delivery the mail.Here it is Dec 02, 2024 the business company called to say that they have not received those important documents from me that they have been waiting for. My reply was they were supposedly been sent on Nov 21, 2024. So I called up to 5 Star Shipping to inquire about the envelope I ask to be sent out with the mail the next day as I was told it would be by the agent. The response I was given well you know it could take up to 14 days for them to receive it because of the holidays and mail is running behind. My reply was it went out on the Nov 21, 2024 it was only going to Birmingham Alabama it was only documents and not to mention it was my personal information on those documents. So doing the course of my conversation with this agent I said to her if you all have misplaced them or maybe someone probably mistakenly pick them up and thrown them away just say that. What I gathered after having that conversation with the agent was that the envelope was not sent out with the mail carrier the next day and it was either push to the side and forgotten about and allegedly put in the trash. Thanks for allowing my poor judgement of this company I have done business with on several occasions. My life history was on those documents as well as some of my family!

I have a QR code for them to scan for a store return. I wasn’t sent a fedex label. They’re supposed to accept in its original packaging and print the label. All I have is this QR code. She said I have to have a label for them to print. Also I overheard another customer being charged $.50 to tape her box. What a joke. Line out the door, too.

Update - the response is a total lie. FEDEX TOLD ME TO COME HERE WITH THE QR CODE!!WHY WOULD THEY DO SOMETHING AGAINST THEIR OWN POLICY?!? These people obviously think the public is stupid.

Five stars! Some of the best customer service I have ever received is at this location. The manager has been knowledgeable and patient with me each time I go. My shipments of all sizes have been handled with care and I have great confidence in the manager here. Love having this service in the community!
