Still some work to do here. Read the other reviews. 25 minutes to get three subs after waiting 5 minutes to order because both of the cashiers were leaving at the same time and had to count the drawer before anyone else could use the register. Just got the order is wrong. Ordered a large Steamer and got home to a medium corned beef with cheese and nothing else on it. I don't know who the owner is, but they better get more involved or they won't have a business left.

The new Firehouse Subs in Soddy-Daisy is fantastic! 🥪🔥 We stopped by for lunch and were so impressed with the delicious, fresh subs and friendly service. The restaurant is clean, welcoming, and a great addition to our community. It's exciting to see a business that not only serves amazing food but also gives back through their support of first responders. We’ll definitely be back—highly recommend stopping in if you haven’t already!

I'm going to start by saying I really like Firehouse subs. I've been to multiple locations, and even this one. It seems the service at this location is sorely lacking. Tonight it took them a half hour to make two sandwiches. And on my cajon chicken they left everything off. All that was on it was the chicken and sauce, there were no onions, lettuce or the jalapenos. By the time I found out it was so messed up I was home ready to eat. Very disappointing. Check your order before you leave.

Really disappointed. My steak sandwich was so salty that it was inedible, and all the toppings were off the sandwich leaving empty soggy bread. Picking up an online order, the crowd waiting by the cramped register was uncomfortable.

I ordered a meatball sub and the meat was OK but there was very little cheese and little to no sauce.

We eat firehouse subs all the time and usually get the hook and ladder sandwich always love it but today we got one from the new Soddy Daisy location and it was terrible not what we got from 153 location. Very disappointed. Probably will not eat there again.
