The nice man that works there is one of the most patient and helpful individuals ive ever met. Went in to do a fingerprinting and did everything to make sure i did the process correctly and even contacted customer support for me to correct an error that I made on my end. If you have to go to a post office, go here! 🙂

I'm extremely disappointed with this mailbox service. It's almost impossible to access my mail because the office is constantly closed during posted business hours. I've lost count of how many times I've made trips here, only to find the doors locked with no explanation. It's incredibly frustrating, especially when I have important packages that I can't retrieve.

There's no point in offering a service that people can't rely on. The lack of consistency and communication is unacceptable. I would not recommend this service to anyone who needs reliable access to their mail.

Save yourself the hassle and find a service that actually honors its business hours. P.O. Plus in the Castro is much cheaper and has reasonable operating hours.
