Friendly, helpful people in the shipping office. Yard dog is cool. Fast unload time. However, the dock area is very tight and hard to navigate around dropped trailers and 4 wheelers parked there. Also, they left a bunch of broken wood, nails, and trash in my trailer. Not cool!

Take Finley Blvd to 3rd Place W, there is a light there. Turn right on 3rd Place W, at the stop sign turn right again on Finley Ave W. 1st Place W, which is the last industrial warehousing on your left side before the neighborhood. Turn left, you will see some cars parked past some docks, park there and walk to the shipping/receiving office on the right hand side, pass dock 5 & 6. You’ll need a certain number to check in. They only go by appointments only. Showing up early, will not do anything. You’ll have to wait in the staging area until your appointment. Backing is SUPER tight and not in a good way either. Don’t be afraid to ask for help from the yard jock. Thanks to him, I wouldn’t have been able to back. You get super close to other trailers and people’s personal vehicles. This place will put your backing skills to the test. Once back, you’ll need to slide tandems. The staff inside the office was friendly. Easy to check in and out.

Unspecified loading times,3hrs minimum for loading . Bring a lunch, it will take them 5-7 hrs to load you. Find another load driver this place will WAIST your time

Arrived at 5:30. Computer check-in/out allows after 5:55 and states wait in truck all communication through text.. Appt. at 7, yard jockey knocks on door and directs me to staging area. I received text to wait in staging area and dock door at same time. I came inside to confirm i was at the correct dock as it was still occupied by a trailer. I said good morning to the receptionist to inquire about this dilemma and was ignored. Luckily, a fellow driver confirmed and stated he thinks that is trailer they want him to collect. he departed at 7:45. Departure sch 9:30 finished at 9. no bathrooms! Sign says bathroom in Shipping/Receiving is employees only and public restroom in back. Opposite side of building about 2k feet. I asked where is bathroom and told there aren't any , only porta pottys. BACK IS PORTA POTTYS W NO SOAP OR SANITIZER.I would have used bucket had i not been team driving. I asked receptionist after receiving loading complete text, to checkout. I was directed to tablet. After 3x attempts ( 2 assisted by receptionist) no luck and she printed paper. No respect for drivers. here! Professionalism appauling!

Will see Bldgs 2&24. Go between bldgs, almost to end. See Chep Pallets-Amway 24C (on rgt). Stage area-end of bldg. Turn left, over tracks & park rgt side by dropped trailers. Dock area is tight to back into. Yard dog was a blessing!

I had a 10:00 appointment today. Arrived at 09:15. Full trailer loaded with 540 units. Out by 10:30.

Avoid this dump!!!! People are extremely socks especially the yard guard !!! Take 7 hs to unload my trailer

The people that work here are extremely helpful and nice, but...if you have never been here it is hard to find. The address takes you to the neighbors facility which also has nice people there thank goodness because we are told to go to Symbia and the name on the building is Amware. How are us drivers supposed to figure this out? Also the drop lot is very small and extremely disorganized. Very difficult at times for an inexperienced backer. Thank goodness the spotter is very nice as well.
