When it works it’s great. I’m at a 50/50 ratio between getting my package and not.

When it doesn’t expect reply saying the same thing with no real updates. I think I’m talking to AI bots. I’ve been waiting on a package that was supposed to be delivered Saturday. Last week I got another persons package instead of mine.

If WE are FORCED TO PAY for a SERVICE, why should WE have to CATER to YOUR hours and policies for package delivery.

This middleman company makes NO SENSE. They lose packages, Fetch drivers are third-party couriers who can't even work an entry-level job. It's like the Doordash and UberEats rejects who can't deliver food properly, they all got kicked off the app so they work for Fetch now because they hire anyone. They sign for you when you have signature request because they're lazy. The packages are always late. And most importantly, this company is wack with trying to avoid any complaints because they don't make it easy to find customer service contact. It's all through e-mail.

I'm not scheduling my Amazon deliveries to be sent at a time where the warehouse is open. External delivery drivers have no way to safely drop off packages and have to leave them at the warehouse door until the facility is open. Then they get stolen lol.

WHAT IF I HAVE A PRESCRIPTION NEEDING REFRIGERATION THAT IS DELIVERED BEFORE THEIR OPENING HOURS? I CAN'T CONTROL THAT. Yet we pay for this service?

Make it make sense.

I shipped my items to my fetch location because i pay for it through my apartment. My order was supposed to get here yesterday but never delivered and was postponed until today. My order now says that it is TBD even though it was out for delivery. Now my items are no longer at the fetch location but instead with the driver. This service is inconvenient and i do not recommend it to anyone. Just deliver the items to your actual apartment instead of going through this 3rd party. They do not have a phone number that you can call but only have an email. Please consider all reviews before delivering with this company.

My apartment complex has been utilizing Fetch for delivering our packages. Initially Fetch started out strong. Now to date, Fetch has lost close to $1,500 worth of packages, medications, etc. I have to follow up on each and every package that is delivered. Fetch loses them and then says the items were not delivered AFTER I provided proof of delivery. Of course, that is if they respond at all. I have also reached out to my apartment (Arabelle Perimeter) community manager and the management team (Bell Partners). No additional support has been provided. The service itself costs $50 per month. So the resident is paying for Fetch to lose packages in addition to the frustration and follow up that is needed. Still no packages and out even more money.

Absolutely worst service to deal with. I would not live at a complex simply because they use fetch. Blatantly mis-deliver my package then when I notify them WITHIN 5 MINUTES that that was an error and not my address. It took over an hour for a generic response saying they will review it. Losing expensive items and no way to be refunded is criminal

Our building forces us to use this service. I’ve had my packages stolen TWICE. The companies deliver the packages to fetch and the fetch delivery people stole them after alleged delivery to your door. Fetch customer service is useless and they always find a way to not deal with the issue that is brought up to them. This is the worst service I’ve ever had to deal with.

i am honestly not sure why fetch always has such low reviews. i’ve had to use them for 3 years (2 different locations) and they’ve been efficient and prompt and i havent had any real issues.

every now and then, a package will be delivered to them and i wont receive a notification for it but their email support team is very fast and helpful and i’d just give them some package info and then the warehouse will find it and then send me the notification to schedule delivery.

at first i was worried about using fetch, but they have honestly been great

Terrible!!I am having issues with an order and haven’t received an update. My tv was delivered to Fetch yesterday, and I selected the 6-9 pm delivery window yesterday. It’s considered a large item delivery so I had to be home for the delivery. I rearranged my schedule and waited at home. I also had a non large item delivery scheduled for the same time and date. Well the non large item was delivered and I signed for it at 6:53 pm. I received a text message at 7:56 pm last night saying they attempted to deliver my package but no one ever came to my door. Then the app updated at 8:13 pm saying they tried to attempt a 2nd time, but no one ever came to my door! And I sent a text message and an email last night requesting assistance, and here it is the next day and there is no resolve.This is so frustrating! And then there isn’t even a number I can call to speak to someone. Terrible!!
