3/24/25 drop & hook for me. No overnight parking. They did let me drop the trailer the night before and I was able to find BT parking at the Walmart Around 5 miles away. They do ask for a washout slip. Loaded trailers are on the other side of the building along with the shipping and handling to pick up the BOL's. No issues for me.

Showed up 2hr early for my appointment. Nice guards checked me in and gave me a door. Lots of space to back and empty doors. Which makes it weird that I was told to move by a yard jockey and had to get a new door ... right next to where I was. Little slow loading me, but not bad. Have to drive around the building to get the bills.

No overnight parking despite PLENTY of space to do so it's an automatic -1. There's people dying every month because trucks have to park on shoulders

I've been to this location several times and really never had a bad experience. But I had to give it a one star this time because the lady at the guard shack was extremely rude. She had an attitude from the time she opened the door. And I don't know if that was because of another driver. But I had dropped my trailer off the night before and she treated me like I was a criminal. But in all fairness the ladies prior to her were very nice nice and respectful. Hopefully she was just having a bad day, but regardless be careful. Unfortunately I didn't get hee name. But I reported her behavior.

The check in process is terrible it takes about 20 minutes to check a driver in. With 3 people in the guard shack, smh. Then they were in there talking bad about another driver during truck driver appreciation week. Wish these companies would treat us better, we don't deserve this time consuming check in.

I only had a problem because someone messed up my appointment time. Other than that, everyone was nice, got loaded quick when I went back to get loaded at my scheduled time. Trailer must be cleaned, they do check it b4 entering and they also have a cleaning station. Go to assigned door, when u get a green light go to door 354 to get papers, seal will be in the back of trailer, guard will check it on the way out with your papers and then be on your way.

Just checked in at 11:40 with a load for delivery. Check in smooth less than 10 minutes. Put me right in the dock and unload started as soon as I set the brakes. The 2 brothers working the gate today got everything humming right along today. Awesome job gentlemen 👍

I love how they load you in a reasonable time but the customer service sucks. The lady in the shipping office with the ring in her nose has a bad attitude, she’s rude and impatient and shouldn’t be dealing with people.
