I dont see why this place would receive a bad review. The only negative issues is so many trucks comes in at once but their people organized it fast and in a hurry. First come first service so get here early. Once at the door. Unloaded immediately. Nice people here. Great experience for me.

Got here 06:45 AM, for 07:00 AM appointment. I was 3rd truck. Didn’t wait long. Just have all your load info ready & don’t block nearby Pratt industries entrance while coming into FEMA. They open at 07:00 AM. Very organized & courteous staff. Smooth check in & loading. Wish all shippers are this professional & courteous. An absolute good start in the morning. Nothing but Positive vibes here.

This is the place that every driver dreams of. People are nice, efficient and organized. Great service,20 minute to get empty they only allow you to get out of the truck to disconnect the air lines, they’ll take care the doors. There’s no parking available in or out the facility at any time, once you empty you out. What u can do is get in line on the side of the rd and wait until you next. This is a first come first serve busy facility keep that in mind so if u can do like me and get there by 1:00am and wait in front of the guard check until 7:10am you will be the fist to be asked for paperwork. Sorry for my colleagues but they were sleeping while I was working!🤣

By far the longest power only warehouse I ever dealt with. My appointment was at 7am and came in 30 minutes earlier. But it didnt matter because the fema workers came in 30 minutes late and took 1hr to get themselves prepared. Once you get in it will take an 1hr to get you processed that includes escorting you to your trailer, preparing paperwork, and putting a seal in on the trailer. And they work on 1 truck at a time. Overall it took me 3 1/2 to get my trailer and leave. But I know the drivers that came after me stayed longer.

Easy to go in get checked in by the guard on duty and then they take you to a door it was about 30 minutes to unload and then you get escorted out by the same guard. All in all a good place to deliver
