This place can’t get it right not only can you not contact your local center but the drivers don’t take proper proof of delivery photos. And a new development I’ve had is them forging my signature that I signed delivery for packages that didn’t need signed delivery (from the shipper directly is where that information came from) fedex reconfirmed it was not a signed delivery. Also fedex has the audacity to state that they don’t know if my package is there or not if it was left with neighbors or whatever have you…… my nearest neighbor is .25miles away and I don’t know them. Also I work out of town so I honestly have little hope when it comes to fedex deliveries

Two incidences so far, I need to pick up a package and nobody is here. The hours online is clearly wrong. I'm here at 1pm and note says they won't be back for 2 more hours. HIRE SOMEBODY

The map shows another location closer to the main road. Based on some reviews it may be confusing people coming to drop off packages. Friendly staff helped ne get my large boxes in the building with a cart.

These are some sorry workers. They leave your packages at the garage because they don’t want to walk up 2 or 3 steps to put it at the front door. Who wants their expensive even none expensive items left at the garage! The next time I order something and it comes through Fed Ex I’m just gonna cancel the order. Imagine being pregnant like I am and having to find someone to get your big boxes from the garage to bring it on the porch. These workers are useless!

I have a very expensive injectable medicine delivered every month. The driver leaves it out in the yard or on the driveway even though it is labeled requires refrigerating. He makes no attempt to bring to the house. When I tried having it signature required, he forged my name. Wish I had known then that is identity theft and I would have pressed charges!!! Now I know the medicine is insured, I will start leaving it right where he puts it and let fed ex pay 7000.00 a month every month. Maybe then someone will care that the drivers are pure lazy!!!
