Impressed. I normally go to a much larger newer location in the valley and they’re not nearly as helpful. Upon walking into this one on Olympic, a gentleman named Michael greeted me upon arrival. He was so friendly and helpful. I needed floor plans printed and he knew exactly the size of typical floor plans and just had me email them and he took care of the rest. He was also helping other rather impatient clients and answering phones. And he did it all with a great attitude.

The stuff was really rude to me
Not willing even to help.
Acts like he's doing me a favor by answering questions.
Disgusting service and not worthy of the location.
I would fire this team.
I walk out without to get service.

I arrived to find 3 people in front of my waiting outside due to Covid.I was in line at least 15 minutes, finally one customer came out. The other customer was filling out a bunch of forms. When at the post office and one has to fill out forms they are asked to move aside and come back when the forms are filled out without waiting in line. I spoke to the store manager who came out on his own. He said it's a small place and no room, then why not place a card table outside the store so that those of us who have a simple transaction don't have to wait. I waited 30 minutes to get help. The gentleman who helped me was very efficient. Imagine a month from now with the holiday shipping starting. This is a small store but they need to be more efficient so customers don't have to wait so long to be helped.

I went in around 12:30PM on a thursday. Two workers in there, no customers. Had to return an item with a pre-paid label. It took me less than 5 minutes in there. Not sure why all the negative reviews but there's literally nothing wrong with this place from my experience. Had to come write 5 stars because people seem so hard pressed about their experiences at a packaging/shipping store.

The service here has been great over my two visits. Most recently the clerk handled my shipment at the door as there was another customer with an involved project at the counter. She took the initiative when I said I'd wait for the other customer to leave.
Good protocols in place and very efficient.

I’ve been a customer of this FedEx location for a long time. No more after today. I went to return a package and the manager comes out and says his drivers won’t take the item because the box is thinner than the ones that they use and I will have to buy a new box. I had a label and everything. Makes no sense to me. Went to another FedEx and returned it with no issues
