Management did not honor the price quoted by employee two days ago. 500 copies on cheapest paper was to be 312.88 but when I arrived the manager said she was in charge. The man who quoted the price was not even in the store. They can eat the job. I won’t ever be back here .

I wanted to recognize Isaiah who works at this location. I have been in the store several times. Isaiah is always willing to assist me, answer my various questions and he goes the extra mile even when he is not asked to do so.

things that are sent to be printed aren’t always done correctly and I’ll send it in the morning, pick up late and still end up waiting (usually buying more things and spending more money lol). Rude staff, if you have a large order, they try and make you wait and help other people instead. They won’t want to print a lot because they seem lazy at times. Sent files in the morning and will go before close to pick-up and they say they haven’t even started on it because they’re already busy. Every week?!?! This happens every week, and pages are left out not printed so you better check before you leave.

They could care less if you’re a customer there or not, & the woman on phone is very rude, and even left the other guy associate in a full store of people while we were all waiting in line to just go outside instead of helping...

I use this location frequently to do all sorts of printing - everything from my small shop needs to weird art projects to wedding invitations. The team is always so helpful and friendly, and the turnaround has been consistently quick and reliable, so extra yay! Massive shout out to Tim for being able to answer all of my (many) questions about different cardstock, but honestly, the whole team is so patient and kind, and the perfect mix of professional and approachable, which is much appreciated! So shout out to everyone currently working there, really. They make it so easy to recommend them to other artists 🥺🙏
