March 2025 I ordered two really expensive packages on Amazon and the seller shipped those two packages with FedEx. They were actually electric scooters that costed me $2100 each. I ordered them to be shipped to Calgary Canada. on the FedEx tracking it showed both scooter had made a stop in Chino at this location. They were both bought from the same seller and shipped at the same time, but only one of them ever left Chino and have been playing cat and mouse trying to find out where my other $2100 scooter is and Fedex Is taking forever to give me answers. For this reason, I will never use Fedex and when I order things on Amazon, I will be sure the seller does not send with Fedex This is been a horrible experience and not my First bad experience with Fedex

This is the cleanest, most organized FedEx yard I've ever seen. The staff are very welcoming and willing to help, even if you don't ask. Security is tight, but not obnoxious. The repair shop is phenomenal, very professional staff and a wealth of collective knowledge that outshines any other repair shop I've been to, whatever it is, they get it done.

My package arrived at the facility on Tuesday, October 28th. As of today, Saturday November 2, my package is still there. I was promised a delivery by November 1, but it hasn’t even shipped yet. This is the most embarrassing and unacceptable performance of any shipping company ever.
