I have a package that has been sitting in the Bessemer Alabama location for 5 days. Each day the tracking says that it is out for delivery. As of the 6th day, it hasn't arrived yet! This is not the first time something like this has happened. It has happened several times before. If I could give lower than 1 star I would. I have asked Chewy if I could pay for shipping with UPS but they only use FedEx. If a package has to be sorted and delivered through the Bessemer Alabama location, it is usually a disaster waiting to happen!

They lied about not being able to find my house. It was a Saturday and they just didn’t want to make the drive to my area. It’s a one way in and a one way out. There’s no way for them to enter the area without being seen, therefore I know that didn’t attempt to deliver. Also there are cameras all around my home. Now I’m having to go out of my way to pick up my package. Doing a job that they’re paid to do. This isn’t the 1st situation. They’re either leaving packages on the wrong doorstep or it never gets delivered on time. They’re lazy and it’s pitiful!

If you need answers, go to the source! My delivered packages disappeared and I called the ground facility since they came from there. Tamara (Tam) answered the phone and was so nice, so helpful! What an angel! The driver from this facility came by on Saturday and was all smiles, and so amazing! Yappy Days in Jasper loves you guys!

Six separate incidents the FedEx drivers from this facility have returned my packages, stating they attempted delivery and had no contact. Every time I have been home! I have cameras and my neighbors have cameras. At NO POINT did FedEx attempt to deliver the packages to my residence. My house is at the end of their route. The drivers lie so that they can head home!!

In addition, I have found other people’s FedEx packages for the adjacent neighborhood thrown in the woods on my property. They have always been sealed and untampered with. I have delivered them to the intended recipient. Each time they tell me that FedEx reported attempting delivery with no contact or that the package was lost in shipping. By “lost” FedEx means our lazy dishonest drivers threw your packages in the woods, so they could go home!

Absolutely pathetic, incompetent, lazy oxygen thieves and the company seems content with these actions as acceptable behavior. #toobigtofail (despite habitual failures!!)

Driver lied by saying they attempted delivery. I was home at the time. No one knocked. They did not leave a notice on my door. I called customer service 30 minutes after so-called attempted delivery and they couldn’t do anything. They said I would have to call the sender, which I did, and they couldn’t do anything. I have to wait two days to see if they’ll “attempt” delivery again.

If I could give negative stars I would. Horrible service. Like others, constant delays stating nobody home. (Lies)We have outdoor cameras and proof no attempts were made. And, although we have a longer driveway, it is well maintained. They often throw the packages out at the end of the driveway, halfway laying on a busy road. Sickening. I wish I could pay extra to have UPS deliver my packages. It’s a travesty that we HAVE to patronize your services (or lack thereof).

FedEx is the worst shipping company to go through!!! They are nothing like UPS.. Hround carriers are so sorry and never does their job right. Attempts to steal packages just close down fedex all together

This FEDEX location at 3200 Rodeo Court Bessemer, AL is horrible that do not focus on customer, they give you excuses it is out for delivery when it is not, they tell you they cannot find you home of resident. this is horrible location and the leadership at this terminal seems like they are not doing anything on resolve the issue.
