I wish I could give zero stars for this location. I received a message from Kohl's yesterday that my package had been delivered. I looked on my front and garage door and did not find the package. On the message I noticed that the package had been delivered to the wrong address and that the driver was not the regular one for my street. I immediately informed Kohl's and went on FedEx's website and filed a complain. An hour later was able to speak with someone on the customer service department that had a heavy accent and suggested for me to get into my car and drive around to see where the package was delivered. A very ignorant and terrible attitude because I was trying to explain how he could find my house online so he could compare to the one in the picture and understand my point. Today, I called the same number and was told that he did not called anyone but I was assured that she would escalate my case to a supervisor. At 9:58 am I called this facility and a woman with an accent picked up the phone and did not say anything and I was the one that asked if this was the FedEx facility and she replied yes. After explaining the situation she told the same thing as the man "why don't you get in the car and look for your packages."
What is wrong with FedEx? Are you just hiring anyone and not training them? They need to learn that the customer is always right and as they say from the Country that I came from "You cannot handle the heat get out of the kitchen."

Stephanie, from FedEx Resolution support was the first employee that took the time to listen, understand what was going on, initiate a case, called the Gaithersburg center and was trying to obtain an answer for me and told me that Jasmine from this location was going to call me. At last someone that show the professionalism that I expect from Companies such as FedEx.

FedEx Management should take a note and appreciate employees like Stephanie and reward them. Also, you should take a trip to Maryland and learn from Giant Foods and Kohl's and see what Customer service looks like, which I believe they know but somehow are allowing this distribution center to have a 1.7 out of 5 stars.

I know that you can do better because the two regular FedEx employee's that deliver on my street were excellent but I have not seen them and hopefully they are still with the Company.

Look into the management for this location and you will find a consistent pattern. I have over twenty years (20) of experience in all sectors and I can tell you that you have a problem with this location. Good luck!

AVOID USING FEDEX if you know it will go thru Gaithersburg center.
I had several bad experience in the past months, package was marked "on vehicle for delivery" but didn't delivered, on the second day it was "on vehicle" again and so on, having called the center for what's going on and they setup an investigation for that but never have any result. After wait for another two days, no body call, the package still "on delivery" every morning. Call again the other day, said they will setup another investigation and yes, never heard anything back. The package eventually arrived after 10 days. The worst is that one of the package is a frozen food I have to trashed.

I had a package that was supposed to be delivered today. Tracking says it was delivered at 10:50. I was here at home and also checked my cameras to make sure. There was no delivery. Hold your drivers accountable for not doing their job and /or delivering to the wrong address. Unacceptable

If I could give them 00000 stars I would. A priority package containing chemotheraputic drugs should have been delivered to us yesterday. They tried to say our office was closed. We are a 24/7 facility and for the driver to list we were closed was an outright lie. I am still waiting today for the package that should have been delivered at 3pm and it has not.

I have been completely frustrated with FedEx for a week in a half because they have had my much needed package necessary for Covid-19 public announcements (my employer is a municipal govt.) but would not deliver. I finally went to this facility and waited 2.5 hrs to get my package after a week of very long holds and run-arounds on the phone. I just want to say how much I appreciate the employee (Tomeka Davis) she was the one person thru all of this that helped me finally get the shipment to me and I can't tell you how much it changed my day/week around. Finally we can get the work done that has been on hold because of this misplaced/won't deliver package. I would have given a 5 star for her but I'm still to scarred from all that I have gone through with FedEx to be that generous right now. Many thanks Tomeka!

The worst experience I have ever had. Customer service was the absolute worst. The incompetence of the employees was absolutely absurd. Received 2 out of 4 packages and they could not verify if the other 2 packages were even on site. Was told they would call me back within the hour... never called. Fedex is the worst delivery service out there and their employees and supervisors are a complete joke

2 of my customers orders sat at this facility for 10 days. Trying to make a living. When customers return their purchases since they haven’t arrived, I lose my hefty commission. It makes the merchant or retailer look horrible. Plus good luck on getting any info from them either. Change management or distribute through Hagerstown again. Please.

I have a sign in my driveway, clearly stating that all packages are to be delivered to the front door. The driver continues to ignore the sign, placing the packages in front of the sign - not on the covered, protected porch, 20 feet away. For a while the packages were placed where I asked and now they are not. Either it is a new driver or someone who cannot read a sign that has the FEDEX logo and a red arrow pointing to the front porch - reads "all packages are to be delivered to the front door".
