It’s so congested over here …..bobtails trucks …FedEx trucks everybody’s just everywhere. The yard is very filthy….but we dropped our loaded trailer and got out the way all

And make sure once you connect to your trailer call your dispatcher so that can email them so they can release the trailer you are taken out must have a gate pass….to many stolen trailer are coming up missing

This location is such a joke... obviously someone stealing major packages or just being completely negligent as every single package I've ever had go through this location ends up missing and not showing up... this is getting ridiculous!! I am talking about small and large packages it doesn't matter, they all dissappear once they arrive at fed ex Bloomington and good luck calling haha they are a joke they tell you to call the sender so they can resend like I'm sorry but why should the sender have to pay for another package that yall lost?! Sounds like a scam to me. They've ruined so many of my daughters birthdays and halloweens by not delivering costumes and party supplies when they are supposed to be delivered. I've had to start ordering much earlier than normal if the shipping is through fedex just to allow all the extra time needed for re ordering and re shipping... it's terrible. This place should really be shut down. I hate to leave such a nasty review but I'm soooo frustrated over ANOTHER "lost" package. They requested a photo of my lost package so I sent them this photo of my empty mailbox lol like what? How would I possibly send a photo of something I did not receive? Lol the logic...🤦🏼‍♀️

Imagine pain with every arm movement and simply bending down or even grasping a phone or pen can be difficult once arthritis/ body injuries sets in from working here so long ; we bust our backs & bodies only to be paid LESS THAN FAST FOOD WORKERS when we’re literally lifting +150lb boxes consistently for hours on end with now PERMANENT long term PAIN with EVERY MOVEMENT. I’ve talked to hundreds of employees we all get nasty grey water taking a shower after working at FedEx . Now what does all this stuff we’re dealing with have to do to our health long term breathing it it for hours on end , getting into our eyes & skin ? Pay is far too low for how hazardous this work space is. Let’s not even talk about how the company skimps people out on time clocking in when we all have to scan our badges go through security remove all medal place on a tray then go through scanning machines grab your items & required to place trays back not clocked in mind you then walk half mile after crossing a trucking crossing zone trying to get into the next building then finally clocking in after finding you station in the warehouse. Clock in should be exactly when we scan our badges going through security & getting scanned.

Back for round 2. So in my last review 2 days ago i had not received my package from this garbage hub. So i re-ordered my item again. The same exact item and guess what, yep it's stuck in Bloomington. The customer service support is of no help, I'm sure it's outsourced to another country which means they cant do anything but open up what they call a case or case number and try to find out why they have not delivered my item that's sits in a hub about 45 minutes to an hour away. Sometimes orders are placed and companies use Fedex and unfortunately they rely on Fedex. From reading other reviews i would stay away from this hub they are horrible. If your item reaches this hub dont be surprised if you dont receive your item. I'm sure once complaints are received rather then mitigate them they make it worse for the customer by not giving you any information on your package. The best part is, i can always get a refund, but this hub just continues to look like the garbage they are. Good luck with any of your packages from this hub. Like usual i would give it no stars if it was an option. I wanted to add, that after looking at other reviews, there are some about stealing at thus hub. I think that's what may have happened. Oh well I get my refund Fed Ex can keep paying for shrinkage.

Place clean but please talk to your broker about appointment time delivery and layover or detation time and how much the broker will pay you, because my appointment was at 10.00am and the FedEx told me that I won’t get uloaded until 4pm which is s….. and bullshit………………………………………………………

This place delivery drivers are HORRIBLE! Said they attempted my package and never came to the door for the second day in a row. IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB, QUIT!
