I had an urgent need and this company could not have responded faster or with more professionalism. They came with solutions and went far and above their responsibility. They are professional and knowledgeable and most of all compassionate. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Administration, delivery and repair are above reproach. I had an appointment to pick up my new CPAP machine and Al was thorough and extremely helpful in showing me how to use it…from the new mask to the new app to help me monitor my use and everything I had questions about. He was amazing! He even checked out the machine I have been using for the last 6 years and discovered the display was nonexistent…and had never worked, but no one had checked it out before allowing me to walk out the door with it. I truly appreciated his help!

If i could give this place 0 stars I would. Broke my foot around september of 2019, picked up a knee walker in february of 2020. The walker I recieved was sub-par at best. The cushion on the seat is almost non existant, the hinges didnt move and one of the wheels was stuck. I found I was continously getting bills so I called them back to find out why. Just spoke to the office manager whom told me that it was a rental and that "Any reasonable person would know this". Extremely rude on the phone and kept implying that I was "Unreasonable". Currently waiting on a call back because she refused to give me their number so I could speak to them directly. I have never experienced customer service so horrendous.
UPDATE
Just spoke to Jonathan the operations manager and he quickly remedied the situation in a very calm and proffesional manner. I am pleased with the outcome and due to my conversation with him, and his excellent customer service, would reccommend these services.
