Warning: Don’t EVER use this company!!!! I ordered a king size bed and frame and it was shipped by the manufacturer in Jacksonville to Fastmile in Atlanta. Fastmile kept it in their warehouse for SIX DAYS before delivering it. When they did deliver it, they sent ONE DRIVER who just left the boxes in my driveway. I paid $250 for white glove service. Luckily I was able to catch him as he was driving away because the service we paid extra for required Fastmile to haul away our old mattress, bring up the new bed and set it up (it’s pretty heavy). When I asked the driver call Fastmile to solve the problem, they told me I would have to “reschedule”. After calling the company who sold me the bed they apologized and said two employees from Fastmile would come to my house to set it up between 6 and 7. One guy came at 8:00 pm and my husband had to assist with the entire process (because it's a TWO MAN JOB). The guy left all the empty boxes and the old bed in our garage, assuring us that someone would come get them, as we had paid for. UPDATE: Weeks later, and after numerous calls and conversations with the manager, Carlos, they STILL HAVE NOT SHOWN UP. I've contacted their headquarters and am waiting to see if they will resolve this. I could give Carlos and Atlanta FastMile a zero score, I would.

If I could leave NO stars I would. My $2000.00 gas range was set for delivery between 2:00pm and 6:00pm. It did not show up until 11:03pm when the drivers attempted to drop it and leave. We heard a loud crash sound outside and it was the drivers leaving it in the pouring rain and attempting to drive off. My Husband and I chased the truck down in the rain while wearing night clothes. No knock, they did not ring the bell. They attempted to assist bringing in the stove and scratched the newly installed floors. Don’t have your stuff delivered by these people. I’m still trying to get my delivery money back. Oh! And when you call, good luck speaking to a person of the Atlanta office. They’re ridiculously tough to reach by phone and usually do not answer. Such a waste of an excuse for a company. Look elsewhere.

I was very worried about the delivery of my garage cabinets after seeing all of these reviews. However they did a fantastic job. Communication was great and the scheduled delivery time was as stated. The delivery guys did a phenomenal job and my cabinets arrived in perfect condition. I don’t know if they have made changes since the previous reviews but I would recommend this delivery company.

So I guess I'm not alone with horrible service from this company. I ordered a log splitter from Home Depot and this company dropped it in my driveway, blocking my garage and took off. Even though I had arranged for inside garage delivery. This thing is in a big crate weighing over 500 lbs. They do not answer their phone and they don't call you back when you leave a message. Home Depot couldn't get ahold of them either. I will never order from Home Depot again as long as they use this company.

So first the "pro"... delivery was communicated through text and the delivery was received in the given time window. The driver was polite to my wife and accepted help from other workers we had at the house to move our new heavy fire pit around to the back of the house, although first he said since it was only him he couldn't wheel it back.

Cons... had I known how long it would take to get this delivered, I would have simply bought it at the store and picked it up later. Originally I was told it would be delivered the next day, however I got a text a few days later saying it would be a week later. Not the end of the world. The tracking link in the text didn't work, and when I went to the company website, it said the tracking number was invalid. The delivery text I got also contained a phone number to call, in case the delivery time didn't work. That number continually went unanswered. After 3 days I was able to leave a voicemail, but nobody called back.

I called Lowe's about the delivery and they provided me with their tracking number, which was also "invalid." They were able to tell me that the item was shipped the day after it was ordered and arrived at a local warehouse a day later. I tried to call the company again to see if I could simply pick it up but was still not able to get ahold of anyone. The tracking numbers and tracking link still didn't work.

The icing on the cake was, during delivery we asked the driver about both the lack of contact and the delay in delivery. He had no answers (not really surprising, but worth a shot). As he's telling my wife the company has a shortage of drivers, another Fast Mile truck made a delivery ON OUR STREET.

They clearly don't have their act together. I'll stick to in store pickup or Amazon Prime going forward.

This company is the absolute worst. I ordered bathroom shower doors from Home Depot who apparently contract with Fastmile. My delivery was scheduled from 9/14/2021. I received a text confirming that delivery; however, they never came. Then the following day I received a text indicating that my product would be delivered by 4:00 PM, they never came. When I finally reached out to the company, I was put on hold for 15 minutes only to find out that I would not receive my product until Monday 9/20/2021, a whole week later. Now I have to cancel my contractor who was scheduled to come on Saturday 9/18/2021 and pay a fee for rescheduling. Time is money and this company is costing me. Home Depot, GET a NEW RELIABLE contractor, this is not a good look for you....

If they had no stars they would get that!!!! Worse delivery service I have ever seen. Left my patio furniture in a box on my driveway not on the covered porch stoop. Luckily I was here. Advised them I was elderly and could not pick up boxes....they left it there anyway!!!! I fully intend to give Home Depot a full report! I haven't opened the box yet but it's pretty beat up. If it's damaged God help them and Home Depot. Someone needs to do something.

My company ordered a bathroom surround for a customer from Home Depot. Its been 2 months since this item was supposed to be delivered. Home Depot has been no help as well. They only have 1 person answering the phone and no voicemail, so it just rings forever. Can't get a refund until Home Depot gets the product back. Huge disaster. About to file a lawsuit against them and Home Depot if needed. Time is money, and so much time has been wasted. We went to another store once we found some in stock over a month ago. Can't get this company to deliver!!! We get notices via email giving a delivery window, and the product never arrived. SO FED UP! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR THIRD PARTY SHIPPING EVER! WARNING!
