Full of promises. Full of s¥¡t. Bought part over the phone and was promised it would be there ready for me when I got off work. Not only was the part not there, the truck it was supposed to be in wasn't there either. I went back to check an hour and a half later, still no truck.

Part of customer service is honesty. At least make a phone call telling me it wouldn't be there. Waste of time, energy, and fuel.

UPDATE:
I showed up as they opened the doors and asked about my parts and they had "...forgotten all about my parts..." but the manager was very apologetic and ultimately credited the full amount back to me since they were in the wrong.

THAT is customer service and I told them I appreciated them making it right. As a result I will change from 1 star to 3 stars, due to them forgetting about a customer.

This place is just the worst, 99.8% of the time they don’t have what you need or never heard of it. And if they do have it they have to order it. If by some miracle it’s in stock it’s so expensive you go somewhere else. Waste of time.
