This location is not only friendly, clean, and efficient but they go the extra mile to answer questions that aren't hard for someone to understand sometimes from a traditional doctor's office or hospital. I really like this Urgent Care. My family, friends, and my neighbors say they trust this Urgent Care more than most locations offering services.

They care what is important to each individual. Their patience, attention, and care is very refreshing.

Second time at this place. First time was a great experience. Unfortunately the second time was horrible. Reserved my spot in line hours ahead and arrived early. Had to wait in the waiting room for over an hour and a half with very few people.was taken back to the room they did vitals Dr came in and asked questions.ordered X-ray waited another 45 minutes opened the doctor the nurse talking to family on the phone. I asked if they forgot about me. Another 20 minutes later they finally came to do X-ray. This person behaved like she had no idea of what she was doing. There were kids bouncing balls off the walls and bey loud.
Not at all a good experience like the first time.

The front desk staff was very attentive, professional, and warm as well as the nurse and nurse practioner- that treated me. I felt heard and taken seriously which is very important to me when in any type of medical care. I am considering looking at some of their other medical services as well in time.

Had trouble with my insurance card, don’t know why. Finally ask the apparently new girl to call the number on the back of the card. Finally was able to be seen. The nurse and PA done an excellent job of taking care of me, very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend.

My doctor decided to close his office and as a type one diabetic with heart issues, I was growing increasingly nervous as many other offices would not take my United Healthcare insurance. I was nearly out of insulin when I called Fast Pace Health Care. They covered my insurance and I asked for an appointment for the next day. That was no problem! I walked in, was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable staff and saw a doctor inquiring about refilling the prescriptions to save my life. Everyone was very nice and no matter who I talked to, they had answers for me. Less than one hour after the appointment, Walmart pharmacy texted me to let me know I had my prescriptions ready for pickup. I am very happy to have my medications again!
They didn't have the ability to have me see them for a Primary Care doctor yet because the doctor will not be in until mid-March due to training regulations but I am happy with this office and I will have a new Primary Care facility when that time arrives.

I scheduled ahead online and still had to wait a while to be seen. However, the front office and medical staff made the wait worth it because they are so kind. I would like to see more efforts to sanitize the space, though. I saw 4 patients go back and an empty waiting room and no one came to spray or wipe down chairs.

Iesha Tucker is very caring, listens and tries to fix what ails you. I saw her as a cash paying patient because I did not have insurance and it was more economical at the time. I have been so happy with the care that I still see her now that I have insurance. The nurses are kind and respectful and the place is always very clean.
