I was really excited for my Halloween costumes this year, but that all came to an end when I noticed that my package said it was delivered but never showed on my doorstep I ordered multiple things from Fashion Nova which came the day after but my most exciting package never came. I called UPS and tried to get in contact with Fashion Nova but there is no support team to talk to. There’s no email to write and every time I go to missing orders on the app in the Help center it just says I have to wait 72 hours I’m really upset because I was excited to wear both of these costumes which costed the $91 for this order

I usually love and rave about fashion nova but my orders this week were both delayed. Those I paid expedited delivery and same day. For a trip im leaving for tomorrow and my order is still not moving. You shouldn’t say you can do same day if you can’t follow through. I can’t cancel my order. I’m beyond disappointed. Plus one of the dresses I was sent that finally arrived from the first order, nothing like it did online. I placed the second order this morning at 7 am. So it was before the cutoff by 5 hours but yet still no updates

I wish I read the reviews before purchasing. This was my first purchase and will definitely be my last. I should’ve known when I saw the return policy was a credit instead of your money back. Despite this, I ordered because I really wanted to try the outfit. It was BOGO, so I ordered two different sizes. I ultimately ended up returning both because the material was very cheap. Fashion Nova only issued me a credit for half the amount I paid because “they can’t find the second outfit” which was in the same package mind you. After lengthy back and forth with their email “support” because of course, you can’t call (clue #2) they still won’t give me money back. I will never purchase from them again and I would advise anyone who is considering purchasing to steer clear.

This company is allowing hackers to use other peoples card info to make purchases!! I have tried to get in contact several times and no one is responding! My card was ran for over $600 without my permission and this company is doing NOTHING TO HELP! BUYER BEWARE!!! I will be reporting this company to the BBB and the Attorney general! What a joke!

I have not had an update on my order for $489.06 since August 13th. The order was originally placed on August 10. A label was created for UPS but Fashion Nova has not even given UPS the order to ship it. Therefore, I cannot file a claim because there has been no movement or any updates and today makes 13 days later. I have reached out to the help center multiple times with no response. FashionNova is trying to blame UPS but UPS doesn’t even have possession of the order as it has been in transit to UPS since August 13. I have spent a lot of money and my vacation is ruined as I have waited for Over two weeks for my order.
This feels like a complete scam! Zero out of 5 Do not recommend!
My order number is 140278536. Please do the right thing here and make this right! This is completely unprofessional!

I made an order costing around the price of 225$ Canadian on August ninth. My package was estimated to be delivered on the 26. Which it did, However instead of being shipped to the address of my house in Edmonton Alberta it got shipped to Santa Fe California. I Have no way to contact these people and my order #140181051 is most likely in a warehouse in Santa Fe. This is absolutely ridiculous I put my trust in this website and now I have no package a requested refund and no way to get in touch with these people. Also I tracked my order on DHL through the link they gave me gm60535923512349419 it's origin was Santa Fe and it was delivered to Santa Fe like what is this. I just want the packages that was spent with my hard earned money and not have to deal with crap like this

At this point I wish Malls were as popular again. Fashion Nova truly sucks. It’s like they worsen by the year. The last 2 times I’ve ordered, my orders arrived late. This recent order from August 11th never arrived. Literally got scanned and then magically disappeared with no other updates in 7 days ? Scanned on the Morning of the 14th and nothing after! Today is the 21st. A claim was filed and what do you know…neither UPS or Fashion Nova has reached out regarding what happened to my package. I suggest to just scroll right off their website on to whatever the next best site is at this point. I wanted to post the dates so other reviewers will know because as we see they love to get on here and lie by saying “you have to wait until exactly 7 business days”. Meanwhile mines went missing on the day UPS received it apparently ? I don’t want any funky store credit either . I’d like a full refund .… THANKS.

P.S. It seems like a lot of ppl are having the same issue with Fashionova and with UPS once their packages are in transit. Looks like they are scamming together if you ask me so. Time for these claims to start being reported to the BBB.
