Honestly at this point I would give zero stars!

I ordered a neon sign back in December that arrived broken. And after examining the package we came to the conclusion that the sign was shipped to us already broken which was extremely disappointing. After reaching out to customer service I was told once the package has been returned I will be sent back a replacement sign. It has been almost a month now since the sign has been returned & I have been dealing with this issue. And I’ve yet to receive my replacement. I have reached out to customer service many times and have been given the runaround & have had no answers regarding my order or simply no replies.

I use this company for my event business & always recommend them to other businesses looking for certain items. After this horrible experience, I refuse to continue doing so.
