we were offered forgiveness when the hurricane hit allowing our payment to only be deferred to the end of our contract but we were charged a late fee. Also we were not notified of any affects it had on our account. We were not told that we couldn't add anything to our account after the forgiveness. We had our dryer serviced, we weren't made aware that it wasn't a manufacture issue so we were billed. When I spoke to farmers about the invoice they said they would pay it but VOID my warranty so they could get their money back!
the quality of their furniture and appliances are trash! the only reason we use them is to build our credit. I'm only leaving a rating because I absolutely have to

I just read some Horrible reviews about farmers home furniture. My wife and I purchased a complete living room set. Everything from being greeted by the staff thru the purchase and then the delivery was outstanding. After the furniture was delivered I noticed that the recliner has defective seams and the sofa has a defective cushion. I called the store and they sent a technician out 2 weeks later. ( they said that it would take about two weeks because he covered a large area) he took pictures and apologized and said that the recliner will be replaced and he will bring a replacement cushion for the sofa. It has been 6 weeks but they have kept me informed. They are waiting for the manufacturer to send the replacement recliner. So far I have zero complaints!!! ( update) the replacement recliner was delivered today and the delivery personnel were friendly and courteous! Thank you Farmers.

Farmers Furniture in Douglas County, Ga on Fairburn Rd, is horrible. I purchased my furniture two months ago and paid for the furniture on a credit card. Sounds simple right? Mr. Rick the store manager still can’t figure out why or how the paid furniture is being charged as if I haven’t paid for it. Even after I showed them the receipts, they’re still trying to charge me again for the furniture. I’ve been super gracious in giving them the chance to correct their mistake and I’ve been waiting on my money to be returned for the difference of a sale that wasn’t filled. They damaged the king size bed so they had to deliver me a queen size and mattress but he can’t seem to figure out how much money he owes me. These people have an account set up for the furniture I already paid them for and I stated to them, it better not go on my credit. Also, they damaged my floor bringing the furniture in my house and still that hasn’t been resolved. This entire ordeal started August 7, 2024 and as of today this has not been resolved. I went into the store to resolve the issue and Mr. Rick pulls up my account by me giving him my name and phone number and he stated your monthly bill is $220, I stated I don’t have a monthly bill with you all because I paid for all the furniture. What the hick is going on with this organization?

I wpuld give ZERO stars if that were possible!!
Customer service is terrible! No one knows what they're doing. It took weeks before we even got our furniture. I went in to pay off the furniture early over a year ago and now I am getting letters stating my account is 60 days delinquent. One day they tell you it's not your fault and you should've never received a letter, the next they're telling you that you do in fact owe them money. Bull crap way to run a business!!! After we had the terrible customer service when we bought our furniture we haven't gone back since, and now they expect us to pay them money for a mistake that THEY made?!?!?! Farmers Home Furniture is a JOKE!!!!

Definitely not going back. The lady, Judy, at the Millen, Ga store has a serious problem. She constantly calls my husband, harassing him on when he will make the next payment even when he paid it the day before. Judy's higher up even told her not to bother us that she will hande our account herself, yet Judy still calls and gets a very rude attitude when speaking to us. We aren't even the only ones Judy does this to. Corporate really needs to do something about this lady.

I informed them that I would be shipping out to basic training and that upon my return, I would catch up on payments and settle my account. However, the representative I spoke with was quite rude, stating that they would not wait for me to complete basic training before paying off my account and threatened to sue me. I offered to return the item, but they refused, claiming it was useless and demanded that I pay them off before leaving, or they would proceed with the lawsuit. I have now received the paperwork for the lawsuit, and they are attempting to sue me for the current item as well as items I previously purchased and paid off on time.

I purchased some furniture at the Gadsden Alabama
Store. Before my purchase I was in doubt about my credit score and ashamed. But Adam and Anita made me feel at home and at ease we talked Luke we had known each other for years. They took their time with me. Didn't rush me away after a explained my situation. Didn't judge me or make me feel bad about myself. The best customer service I've ever had I recommend Ms. Anita professionalism, detailed conversation on the process and procedures I could make. Ms. Anita needs to be traveling to every store training store leaders and staff. What a wonderful experience I had with Farmers Furniture I recommend with the upmost to all in need of a good Furniture Store.

They are mean And rude and they need to be reported by their head bosses and fired....... They didn't understand or they act like they didn't understand about the springs in the couch. They said that my mom just wanted a new couch which was not true. She just wanted them to do the right thing and replace the couch or give her her money back which they refuse to do both. I think they need to be fired....... You Very very rude And they had the worst attitude and they need to be fired ASAP......... Never by furniture from Farmers furniture........ Unless you want a bad experience.......
