I hired this company to move me on this past Saturday! Two things occurred that had me a little worried at first, there was no call the day of to confirm their estimated time of arrival. So I had to call them to confirm. Lastly when my appointment time passed and he still wasn't there I got a little worried so I called again and he gave me his e.t.a.

He was late only because a mover called out or didn't show up for work. So I defintely understand I did suggest to him that maybe calling your appointment as soon as you find out, would be helpful!

Other than that they were nice, Townsend took inventory of the things I wanted them to move. He check the boxes to ensure they were packed right to avoid damage to my belongings. He even conversed with me prior to them packing the truck about the location details of where I was moving to. He wanted to get an ideal of how much time it'll take to move my things and make sure they could stay within my budget.

So to wrap this up, the fact they were attentive to my budget, gentle with my belongings, and just two nice people remaining honest about their services and setting clear expectations was more important than the two things I listed above!

So If you need to move , want your things moved with care and honest pricing no hidden fees these are your movers!

Mr. Townsend and his moving partner are very personable, professional, efficient and all around great. They did a fantastic job moving our 3rd floor apt into storage, and getting our washer and dryer for junk removal. These gentlemen are very hard working and courteous. I highly recommend them.

First, let's me just say "Absolutely Professional ". From the first conversation, the owner established a great working relationship. The negotiations made were honored and he even extended some courtesy in the negotiations when the move took longer than estimated. I appreciate the hard work and care this company took with my families personal belongings. I recommend them highly and will definitely be in business with this company in the future. Fantastic Movers did a great job, at a very good price, on very short notice. He was late, but it all ended well. I will definitely use them again. They would not be considered "professional" by some's standards, but was very friendly, and delivered as promised with no unexpected fees. I am thankful to have found them.

06/15/2018 - Please stop the bull!!!! Your Movers safety had nothing to do with why your moving company did not show up. I don’t even know why you mentioned their safety. It was a perfectly clear day (sunny and blue sky) a great day to be on the road utilizing your moving service. Bottom line - YOU MOVE PEOPLE WHEN YOU WANT, AND DON’T IF YOU DON’T FEEL LIKE TO. That is no way to do business. My friend called you numerous times when you didn’t show up, no answer, no text, no response…nothing. She is a single parent and you just didn’t care whether she moved or not. I just want the public to know what might happen to them if they choose your bogus moving service.

06/14/2018 - Horrible moving company. Fantastic Movers had a schedule appointment with a friend of mine and never showed up. Mr. Townsend personally spoke to my friend, locked in a price, date/time to move her. The day she was suppose to move they never showed up, she was moving from Paulding to Cobb, a 15 minute move. She called, texted and even drove by the office which turned out to be a shot gun house with an old white moving truck. My friend was devastated. Mr. Townsend will not show up if he does not feel like working the day of your move, and will leave you with packed up furniture ready to be moved and do a "no show". I give Fantastic Movers (zero, 0, zero) stars. I'm sure Mr. Townsend got people to post all his good reviews....don't trust!

So thankful for these guys! I have never seen anyone work so hard unloading so much heavy items. They will treat you right! On time and didn’t leave until the job was done which was about 11 hours later of unloading bc the family had so much to move. Mr. Townsend and Chris are the best! We can’t thank y’all enough.

They are the worst, I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy, I agree very unprofessional, Townsend said they would start 9:30-10:00 & it was supposed to be 10 hours, 6 men two trucks, well he has a small truck & has to rent the other bigger truck. If course if you don’t get to my house at 11:15-11:30 your not going to end at a descent time. It was 1:00 or a little after. this was a.m. My husband & I had to go back to the other house which is 25 minutes away. So I got a call from Townsend about 10:30 a.m. Thursday morning saying sorry I only got to bed at 3:30 a.m. that he was running late & his men were on the way. I said really I went to bed later then that & I had to get up at 7:00 a.m as Comcast was coming. So this was Thursday which wasn’t supposed to be a moving day remember 1day 10 hours. Thursday I heard from one of his workers he Townsend showed up at 11 or so & left, he told his men he would be back in 15 minutes, one of his workers said can you bring me a Gatoraude he said yes. Well guess what he didn’t return till about 9:30 -10 p.m. his men weren’t happy with him either. Being so late both nights ending at 1:00-1:30 a.m. a lot of our furniture was not put together. Again do not use them you’ll be sorry. He’s a good talker but can’t do the job. He’s a liar. Seems nice. Again do not use. Not sure where the good reviews are coming from but they are probably friends of his & lying. Again I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. The name doesn’t fit. They surely are not Fantastic Movers more like The Worst Movers. We moved a few times in my lifetime, again the worst. Do not believe him. Don’t even call them. Look at all the bad reviews. They are correct.

I needed to move a piano from Powder Springs to Alpharetta. I called around and finally found Fantastic Movers, I was given a flat rate and it was lower than all the other people I called. Mr. Townsend was on time, he was courteous, he was careful with the piano and my home and he did not shake me down for a tip!
