Been here 3 months now. It’s not too terrible of an experience so far. Sometimes the dedicated stuff is a little slow, but they will get you a broker load to get you to your next load. I’m in the Direct program, and for the most part it’s drop and hook. Love getting weekends home, but if you wanna run they’ll run you. Tia and McKenzie are pretty easy to get along with and they try to work with you as much as they can considering they have a lot of other drivers to help too. I don’t do very much sitting around waiting on my next load. Light loads is a huge plus as well. Anywhere from 5k on the light end and around 20k on the heavy end. The broker loads are heavier but I don’t haul them often. Considering the troubles I’ve had with my truck and some issues with snow I’ve made decent money but it could be better. Overall I’m happy with them and think I can make it work!

The best! But my truck tranny broke down and it is winter time and have no enough funds to repair it by myself so I was out and will just resume working on my truck tranny on summer time then rock n roll!

So far everyone has been great. My driver advocate s are awesome. They keep me going. Most of my sitting around time is because of the truck problems with my own truck. But they show a lot of patience. The money is here if you willing to work. Tell them Jimbo sent ya.

Terrible company to be an owner operator Make you wait 60 days to pay your last week settlement . You return everything back to them when you leave them. Two months later they charge you for everything even if you returned the eld, permit book ez pass. Insurance even you are already running under another authority they keep charging you to take the money away from you last settlement.. They even charge you for decals removal fee and they never touch your truck dont even have a mechanic shop. Ridiculous. Stay away even you are going to leave them wait for your last settlement and leave. That way they wont steal your money.

Thusfar I am truly enjoying myself.. The staff seems to genuinely want to help with any issue I may have,, and the best thing I can say, is that those that I have spoken too.. they have shown me that they can LISTEN.. and after as many years in this industry as I have, That means everything. I am having to learn their systems and ways of communication, but thusfar, I am pleased with this company... the 72% could actually be a bit more competitive, and maybe a sign on bonus would be nice.. but overall, I am pleased... i will give an update in weeks to come..

I signed on to work with the Direct group because I liked the idea of constant drop and hook freight in the southeast region. I think the leadership in this group works tirelessly to try and address any concerns that come up, so I give props for that. In the end, I do wish there was more personal communication rather than just email and tablet. This is just a personal preference though. They do work very hard here, and this could be a good fit for those that just want to drive and be left alone. I’d recommend to others if I felt their work style lined up.

F2F is not a bad company. I worked on the direct side, they do keep you moving and the freight is very light. Would have stayed longer but the freight coming out of Savannah got slow but all in all if you get to Savannah and they have direct freight you can make money. Tia and McKenzie are super cool as well.

I don’t know where to start my experience with F2F Transport was terrible. I recommend you guys not to work for that company. Their dispatching service is lousy. They can’t keep up with the driver’s rate confirmation sheets. Broke has been complaining that they’re taking too long so they take the drivers off the load And they’re safety department it’s beyond worse if you have a issue with your logs and they say they’re going to return your call to fix it they wouldn’t it been days before they reach out back to you to fix it and for all those days you can’t login terrible company to work with I suggest you guys do not work with that company terrible.
