We rented from this location when it was Uncle Bob's storage and decided to give it a try with the new owners. It was such a pleasant experience! Brett was very helpful and accommodating. We ran into an issue with the unit we were assigned, and we were immediately reassigned and given an updated agreement. Moving is already a headache, and it's nice to receive kind and attentive service when you need it the most. Highly recommend!

What an amazing experience I had today with renting a storage unit. I was in desperate need of a storage space and Amanda was able to assist me quickly. She was very professional, patient, and helpful! I wish I would have chosen Life Storage before renting with Public Storage. And did I mention my unbelievable rate? Yes!!! Happy customer

I will not ever rent again. The only reason we got storage is because we had a total house fire and only needed a storage to put a few things we needed to save. Before we could move our stuff I had to have an emergency back surgery and he had surgery with 2 months of no income. Unable to lift to get our things out.This company rent up on our fees without notice and now has charged all of these fees to our account. They now want $772 for us to keep unit or $400 to get our stuff out. So now we have lost EVERYTHING!!
