I have never met someone so rude, and incompetent in my life. Her name is Sarah. When I was calling about one of the loads I deal with, she was very dismissive and seem to lack in the knowledge of the information I was needing to get from her. And when I tried to find a solution, she proceeded to hang up on me. I don't normally leave bad reviews, but she was beyond unprofessional.
