Terrible place. The employee I dealt with denied them having my package for 5 straight days. Would not listen to me or let me speak. Kept saying the package wasn't scanned as received, even though I told her I was sitting and looking at the verification that they had scanned it last Thursday as received. Just refused to listen or help me. Very rude on the phone. I was left with no choice and forced to call corporate. As soon as corporate put me on hold and called the location for me, my package (which I was told 3 minutes earlier wasn't there) magically appeared. I go there to pick up my package because I have no intention of letting them keep it any longer and was met with rudeness again. I was given a paper showing that the package had in fact gotten there 5 days earlier just as the tracking showed it did. They were just too lazy to go get it. I paid for priority shipping and they had no intention of getting it onto a truck anytime soon. Its one thing to be rude, lazy, and disorganized; but if it takes a call to your corporate office to get you to do your job you have no business having that job. I don't know who is in charge here, but of the 3 employees I saw it didn't appear that any of them were working or had any intention of doing so. Nothing Express about this place. If I could help it, nobody would do business here. There are far more "final mile" services which are way better than this place.
