I wish I read these reviews before I booked with this company! Do not book with Experienced Auto Transport aka US Auto Shipping. I worked with an angry fellow named Ronnie who ended up yelling and screaming at me when I inquired about my car transport for May 27th. After I put my $300 deposit down, April 30th, he called me May 8th asking me for an additional $300 because I would be issued a refund that night. He gave me a long winded story about how the CFO of the business was attempting to combat fraud and decided to change payment gateway providers. His story did not seem genuine and very fishy. I said no to the additional $300 and I would rather wait for the refund. I took the time to review the business online and came to the conclusion this is a dishonest business with loads of complaints. Well my refund never came. I called HQ May 9th and spoke to another person who said they would relay the message to Ronnie. I did not hear from the business or Ronnie after leaving my message. On May 14th I called Ronnie again and the call went terribly. Firstly he put me on hold for 3 minutes. He was probably pulling up a script to read from. He used several tactics like deflection, gas lighting, race card, and emotional manipulation. He yelled that my only option was to receive the service. Then he yelled that he wasn't going to provide me the service. He flipped flopped and said I just needed to take the service. I asked to speak to his manager and he said he was the highest ranking person in the office. He ended the conversation by hanging up on me and told me to never call his number again and he wouldn't provide me the service nor would I get my deposit back. Best of luck to the people who were unlucky enough to encounter this business.

No stars. They are a SCAM. They go by US Pro Shipping, Regal, Top One Transport, Experienced Auto Transport to name a few. They will charge a credit card twice, change what you owe and hold your car hostage. They will illegally charge extra on your card.

How many names can a company have? They’re Regal, Experienced and US car Transport. They will use all these different names and maybe more to collect your shipment. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! I’ve been in this business for 16 years and never have I been belittled, called an idiot, or told I’m poor. They will be nice in the beginning like the rest of the reviews, but then they will charge your card at their demand without telling you for more money when it benefits them. They blew my phone up for an extra $800 even though I paid a $400 deposit and then the agreement was COD. This is unethical business practice. None of their sites are maintained, nor their social media and they go by a few different names, Regal, Experienced, and US Car transport. I’ve been fortunate to work with these ports in the past but they try and recoup your vehicle or belongings to force you to pay. Please read this review and find your own options, not recommendations. I’m sure it’s a bird dog/ finders fee for those referring you to them. I have contacted and filed complaints with the BBB and other transportation federal agencies. Hopefully you guys Google them before you pay anything or give them any financial information.

I was referred by the scam moving brokers 3 brothers moving - they had Ronnie call me to setup the transport. All seemed fine but i never received a contract or receipt so i became suspicious and searched the phone number that called me. Regal Transport, but the name on my credit card said Experienced Auto Transport.
I called Ronnie back twice with no success.

So I called Regal and told them I wanted to cancel and get my $200 back. Ronnie called immediately and tried to act like he wasn't associated with the scam movers. Said I signed a contract that I never got - he had my email wrong. Said he'd give a refund but only refunded $150. when i called again he had an angry tone, started calling me a B****, threatened to come beat me, said he hoped I die tonight and go to hell. Said he has 7kids to feed. I said I want the other $50 back or else i'll dispute the charge on my card. He did end up refunding the other $50 though. well its all pending so we'll see i guess

Do not use this company at any costs! I scheduled a month in advance and was quoted at 600 dollars to move my car from Idaho to Washington. Four days before the scheduled pickup I am trying to call and sending emails to confirm the pickup and find out a time, and every time I call I am immediately put on hold. Day of scheduled pickup I am mad and finally get someone on the phone and demand to know what is going on, the man tells me to not be emotional about it and that they don’t have a driver but they can get one the next day for 1200 dollars. When I asked why I was not contacted sooner and why I was quoted so low, the man was very defensive and rude. I asked if I could get my deposit back and he put me on hold again, never heard about the deposit. I had to dispute the charge to my credit card and my dad had to drive the car for me so I could drive the moving van. They are extremely unprofessional and rude, this company is a scam and will lie to you until the last minute so they can charge you double.

They don’t deserve the star I gave them . I didn’t see a negative star … No communication up to pickup time . They didn’t show up on pickup day saying they needed more money . The price quoted was too cheap . Moving company referred them to me . Deep down I felt a scam so I got my refund back and call Montway auto transport . They took care of my daughter car in NY for 4 years.. PLEASE DON’T USE EXPERIENCED AUTO TRANSPORT !!!!

PLEASE STAY AWAY! I hardly ever write reviews but my experience was so bad I needed to share. Just like the other reviews are saying, if you hear the name Ronnie - steer clear!! I wish I looked up the reviews beforehand, but they were recommended to me by my moving company so I assumed they were reputable. I didn’t hear from them at all after booking despite calling and texting them multiple times. Ronnie said he would send me a contract to my email but I never received anything even after following up. They didn’t show up on the day I scheduled and when I finally got ahold of someone they said no driver was ever booked for my pick-up and I must have “slipped through the cracks”. I had to call them several times and wait weeks to get my money back from the initial deposit. Everyone I talked with on the phone from this company was unhelpful and gave me the run around. Please save yourself the headache and book literally anywhere else! (If you’re in WA, I HIGHLY recommend Soldier Car Transport instead)

Scam!! They changed the rate the day before. They doubled the price and I was forced to drive to Texas. They never refunded me or called to explain or anything. I called the guy many times and the office and no one wanted to do anything about. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
