We've been working with Executive Freight Services since January and our broker there is Shawn. We've run over 20 loads to date and have had no issues. They have a great relationship with their customers and help keep the line of communication between all parties clear during the entire load process from shipper(s) to receiver(s). This company gets an A++++! We have worked with Shawn Shannon for a good while now and the man is superb! Very friendly, professional and gets the job done. In our experience, his loads have been easy everytime. You get in...you get out. No bull. That says alot about his customers as well. Great people! The worst service I have ever had from a broker. They do not supply carriers with address or company names so that the driver has to call for dispatch, which I get no problem there. The issue arose when we asked for an updated rate sheet with the company names and address so that we could do what we have to in the office to make sure people get paid. The dispatcher told me that is how the rate sheet is made and to basically deal with it. And if we want he address so bad get it off the BOL. Our driver was having an issue with finding the receiver and when he call dispatch for help he was told that they could not do anything for him because he had to drive his kid to school so go buy a map. Well my driver uses GPS and this place was hidden. Our company will never haul for them again. Rude to the dispatchers that work for the carrier and the rude to the driver. They do this so that people billing them will have a hard time getting paid DO NOT HAUL FREIGHT FOR THEM.
