I had shopped for a bedroom set for my guest room for a while and I came across Exclusive Furniture. I shopped the website and asked a question on chat about a suite I liked. I immediately received a call from Michelle and she was amazing. She made the entire process seamless. She helped me with the purchase, we did everything online and that was simple! My furniture was to be delivered on a Tuesday and I called her on Friday at 5pm and asked her if she could accommodate a delivery for the next day! She made it happen!! I was so pleased! From purchase to delivery and set up the whole process was amazing! I will definitely buy from them again! If you’re looking for a great buy! Get with Michelle, she will take good care of you! #happycustomer

This company's customer service department and online website is horrible. I ordered a chair that stated it was in stock and even at a warehouse close by to only get a call and say it is not in stock and would take weeks IF they were able to source it. I'm replacing the chair because a leg broke, obviously cheap wood, to then be told I had a warranty and to call customer service for free repair. Call customer service and surprise....no warranty. Then why was I told I had a warranty. Get the story and information together. So frustrated and horrible service. I guess once they get your money, they don't care anymore.

One of the worst receiving warehouses. Appts mean nothing. Checked in 930 am for 11 am appt. Told by person in charge of receiving he had no idea how long anything took. Trailer roof was damaged along with 6 hours of waiting. The geniuses unload first then go looking piece for piece to check off packing list. Terrible place.

I have had the worst experience i have ever had in purchasing anything. If i could give zero stars i would. First my order delivery was delayed by one week, for no apparent reason. Second, exclusive furniture has been unable to inform the finance company i am using to finance my order that i paid for half the order in store. the finance company is charging me for the full amount. How do i pay twice for something? this is going on almost a month and no resolution in sight. Customer service is inept, always saying that the department in charge will give me a call when they come in. Till date, no one has called me. I call almost daily to get a feedback, the department in charge of refunds is never available to respond. I will be reporting this business to the BBB.

Great customer service!! Sebastian at the location off of 99 was amazing and very patient. He was set in making sure I got everything I needed. He was so accommodating that when I went back to get more furniture I made sure to ask for him specifically. Delivery was quick and the delivery guys were very kind and expedient. I had first bought furniture from Ashley’s but kept getting screwed in the delivery even after waiting nearly 8 weeks. Went to exclusive and got my furniture in a week. I also received Tiff Treats as a thank you which is exceptional because I love Tiff Treats 😀

So happy I went Exclusive Furniture! The quality of furniture was awesome. Customer service is phenomenal by Michelle. We did the deal over the phone. Furniture delivered in two days. Delivery last no more than 30 minutes. Constant communication on when my delivery would take place and received a followed up call to ensure everything went well. The best!

DELIVERY: Haven't delivered yet but arrived the night before to find plenty of space to park overnight pictures attached tomorrow I will post more pictures of delivery office
