Muy mal servicio no responden las llamadas ni en Guatemala ni en Los Ángeles , literalmente después de que se envíen las cajas no se va poder obtener ninguna información de las cajas enviadas . Solo responde el señor que recibe las cajas por obvia razón para poder obtener el cliente y ya luego no se puede obtener ninguna información no ahí ningún respeto al cliente cuando estamos pagando hasta más de 300 dólares por el envío no es nada gratis !

Pesimo servicio, entrega exageradamente tarde, llamas y nadie te da informacion de tu paquete, cobros extras supuestamente de impuestos, nunca recibi un recibo de aduana, pesimo pero pesimo servicio.
