Guard was very nice!

I have been working on my truck for 5 years now. This is the first time I have encountered such an unprofessional employee as Jeremy, he was just awful. I came in a box truck that had landing gears and did 100% dock high. In all these years I have never had a problem with loading and unloading! but he found this problem….. for him it seemed unsafe. Stay home and be afraid to go outside in this case 👻

Have to say that the security guard is the sweetest lady! Talked about our grandbabies and laughed.... She made me feel very welcome... Put me straight in the door and got me loaded and sent me out within 30 minutes...😎👍👍👌

Overnight parking available at side of street. Go walking to guard shack to check in. Wait for the call with assignment door. When at door wait for the call to get the paperwork at office. Friendly crew and fast unloading process. Enough room for maneuvers.

These guys load you by appointment only and usually you get your door assigned by that appointment scheduled time but they take between an hour and half up to two hours or more to actually start loading you.
So make a meal.,
watch a movie.,
Facetime.,
Or get some shut eye cuz it's definitely a wait.

Beautiful Signage... Awful Logistics Company... Appointment times are merely a entry on a BOL which carry no true value... Two trailers hooked to tractors, every other dock is blocked with empty trailers. No yard jockey in-site to clear area to allow for load/unload... Line of trucks 10-Deep waiting to load with appointment times ranging from 2-6 hours prior... Use DETENTION STAMP and settle in your bunk for a long movie or make a nice meal...

Places isn't that bad if you have the right information. The people in the guard shack are great!!! They're the reason why this place doesn't get 1 star today. Sweet and kind!

Dealing with my load, I had a turn around load. I came there to drop and pick up. The lady, Crystal, left me waiting for hours and did not communicate effectively.

When you pull up, don't try to go through the gate. Pull to the left (there are ways to turn around). Walk your paperwork over. Make sure you have p/u# starting with "204".

There is SOME over night parking. I would say, 5-7 trucks can fit.

Horrible management team including HR. The workplace has about 80-85% Hispanic Full Time employees working there. The pay is $17.95 hourly pay working 12 hours 5-7 days a week paid every two weeks. The benefits are not good HR tell you get 144 PTO HOURS but the truth to that you have to accrued 5.4 hours every two weeks per pay period that 10.8 hours a month. Those employees doesn’t have fruit of loom sense company just do any, makeup and everything to them. That’s why they have a very high turnover rate and they do drug testing daily most people they going to hire is Hispanic very few of other race. This place is not to last very long because how management run into the ground you have “NO” input or ideas to make the company better an efficiency. The Hispanic workers want to work 12 hours or more a day to send US Dollars to their country some of them are lazy and they talk nothing but Spanish. I would not recommend no one to work here unless you need a job to support your family.

Thorough security and speedy loading. However, the person finishing the paperwork filled out what was important to them with no regard to what was actually required by the company providing the transportation service. Information was missing, and upon completion, we were informed that the part to be tendered to the shipper had already been collected prior to all information being collected/written down. They couldn't get us out fast enough. I'm not sure if the gentleman was training, but english was not his first language, and the man to his side answered for him.
