Hurricane Helene came through our county late Thursday night with heavy winds & rain. Most of the county has been without water & power since just before 2:00 am Friday morning. We have heard NOTHING from Evans county EMS nor have roads been cleared to enter Sims Brothers Rd off Hwy 280. I'd love to hear something, anything. I am very disappointed in our county government.
